Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for G3.1 which happened on the 5th Dec, Hustlers was beefing Marabunta at this time and they had asked us to a meeting which the Firm was involved in, the plan was to have all Hustler and Marabunta members in the meeting which would of been a rare moment between 2 gangs as you never see this nowadays but because at the time Marabunta could only bring a few members the Firm said only higher ups would be allowed in the meeting which I found annoying as I was looking forward to being part of an exciting roleplay event and the fact that we was waiting a while for all parties to come together. This is where the meta gaming is involved and a stream was opened in the discord which I decided to watch on my own accord. While I was watching this stream I had the group chat open in game and I started typing what I was saying not thinking about what I was actually doing and as I said in my reply to the report that this information I typed was already known I was just reiterating a known fact but however afterwards I realised I made a mistake and that what I done would be a form of meta gaming.
Why should we unban you: First thing I would like to do is say sorry I'm back here and thank you to which ever staff member is taking the time to read over my appeal.
I would like to make clear that the attempt to conceal the evidence from the report by deleting/privateing/removing the footage after the report had been posted was nothing to do with me, I had no control over that and never asked the publisher to remove it as it obviously wouldn't change anything, that was all on his own accord and I apologize that even happened if I do something wrong I will never try to lie and I have always put my hands up for my mistakes and taken full responsibility for my actions which is be backed up by my original response to the report where I held my hands up to my wrongdoing straight away.
After being banned and having time away from the server I have had more time to think over what I done and I am truly disappointed in myself for the lack of judgment I shown on that night and I am sorry to everyone involved in the situation, it didn't change any outcome or didn't actually influence anyone in the meeting as my message was not read but I see how it could've been a problem and how it destroys the integrity of roleplay and how it should occur naturally which is what we all enjoy and why we are all here. The rule is there so that no one has an unfair advantage and everyone is on an equal playing field, if I could go back to when it happened I would've never watched the stream and would've let it all play out in game and I will not make the same mistaken again. I hope I am given another chance in the server and if so I will show that I am a benefit to this server rather than not. I will be taking precautions to make sure this will definitely not happen again and what I will do is whenever I'm logged in and actively roleplaying I will mute/deafen up in discord or just not be in discord at all, I would never do this again and have learnt from my mistake and I do know just how important this rule is.
