In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I sat in a car with a stranger and he drove to the police station. There were these Santa Claus players that kept knocking me down, probably hit me 10-15 times while verbally harrassing me so I took a car and ran 2 of them over.

Why should we unban you ?: They instigated (guys wearing santa claus outfits) and I was no better by retaliating. When I sat in the car while they all sorrounded me I logged off. I did not know I couldn't do that and I have actually read through all of the game rules now. I'm new to this and while it's no excuse, I do really enjoy it and want to RP my heart out. I have met and played with some very nice people and would only like to reciprocate this to the community. I apologise and I take full responsibility.

When you joined the server, you verified that you had read all of the rules, and yet logged off anyway. Why did you do it?

Furthermore, can you please find the rule you broke in the rules list, quote it and explain why we have that rule on the server.

Yes I did, as I said, I take full responsibility for not reading the rules. While I was not detained at the point of logging out, I did sit in a car sorrounded by people, to me i'd say it's the same thing and my RP experience would be diminished if somene did this. It was out of line. 

C2.3 - Combat Logging, Exploiting. For good reasons this rule exists to maximize the RP experience and for people to follow through with the consequences of all actions taken. It is vital and plays a huge importance of the life of RP.

"Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first)."

Update: I see I didn't answer your question to why I did it. I did it out of spite to the people that harrassed me. As I got my revenge I felt like the justice was balanced, they harrassed me and I ran them over once and I felt that it was justified. Now I could have handled that better for sure. It's also hard to be believed when it's multiple people vs 1 person (me in this instance). So the easy way out was to just log out. I also now know that this is forbidden to do. But I also understand why this is forbidden. 

It will not happen again.
