Reason given for your ban: G2.9: Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for transferring money across accounts to purchase vehicles and QOL items.

Why should we unban you ?: I'm aware of what I've done and the mistakes I've made and I'm willing to make it up to you by playing properly and not doing anything that can break the rules. I loved playing on the server especially with my friends and I would really appreciate another chance at being able to play on the server again as I can promise you I wont be making those bad decisions again. I had lots of fun on the server and I would really appreciate to be able to play with my friends again.


When it comes to the rules I broke, I broke them many months ago and have not played the server since, while I know that it is not a valid excuse I would like to mention it. I have sent two appeals other from this one, with both denied due to *lack of effort* I try and put effort into each of these appeals and have read over the community rules and the RP rules thoroughly to make sure I am not providing and incorrect information. When I first got banned I was provided with the rule that I had broken, Being C2.9, I put this rule in which was wrong, the code was actually G2.9 which wasn't the code I had been given. Me and my friends would love to provide valuable Roleplaying scenarios of all forms and grandiose, I am hoping you'll read this and realize that I am being genuine in the mistake I have made and try to forgive me for the rule I have broken.

I'll be completely honest with you, there was this car that I liked in game and I wanted to be able to have it for myself so that other people would think I was cool, whereas now that I look back on it, it wasn't cool. It was stupid, if I had wanted the vehicle I should've been prepared to grind jobs to earn the money for it legit, rather than exploit the system to get it unfairly.

 
Of course it was stupid and by the sounds of it you knew exactly what you were doing it and why you were doing it. 

Not only that, you also have been involved in other situations which are pretty questionable.

Yeah for that I am sorry, at the time I was playing i was new to the rp world and especially RPUK. I hadn't really understood the whole *rdm* system. I thought if you wanted to portray a realistic crime scenario, the best way would be to just do the action and let them report it to the police and go from there. It wasn't right to just outright disregard possible rules and rping, however, I did attempt to speak to the player, I said and I quote "Hey, are you ready to die tonight?" while I realize it wasn't the best rp and I could've gone about doing it a whole lot differently and more intelligently, i was trying to give off the whole *ominous serial killer* aura, however I did try an interaction, but it ultimately fell through before it could even start. I'm not attempting to defend my actions in that situation, or any other where rdm took place. It was wrong on my behalf and for that I am sorry. I miss the time i spent here, and i wish i can continue that with friends with me, i hope you'll see the sincerity in my words and understand that I am telling the truth and hopefully give me a second chance so i can prove that i can be trusted and that i can follow the rules properly this time.

 
Hi Robbie, thanks for the response.

if given another chance I’d actually attempt to roleplay scenarios like that with more characterisation and realism. I wouldn’t just needlessly RDM and break rules. An example of a situation I might partake in could be kidnapping someone, fully role playing the whole thing, before driving out to a more secluded area and ransoming them to a contact on their phone with a few friends to earn some cash that way. Or potentially attempting to start a drug business, maybe if I was feeling a little more innocent I could try and open a hotel in LS, which could be good income and I could sell the rooms to needeful patrons.

Nice to finally see you put at least a bit of effort into your appeal. 

I'm going to cut out all the needless bits and bobs that I could put you through here and instead just offer you an unban, but with conditions. 

All but ONE of your characters will be deleted.

That one remaining character will be completely wiped and you will start fresh with no money, assets, etc.
