Why do you think you were banned: I was banned from the server, for transfering items between characters and police corruption. i would like to admit to my mistakes as i thought transfering money was ok, and i knew i was breaking a rule but didnt think it would apply, this was over a year ago and i am really sorry, i am a changed person and would love to get back on. In regards to the police corruption i believe that added on, as i moved some police items to see if they worked. i am really sorry
Why should we unban you: I believe i should be unbanned, as i am a changed person now. this was a year ago, and i dont know what was going through my head at the time. But i really would like to get back on to the city, and start my RP again, as i really did enjoy the server and its people/. I guess being honest, the reasoning behind why i broke that rule was i wasnt really enjoying being in the police and felt i was being singled out all the time and people were turning againist me, so i wanted to quit, and i guess i wasnt thinking as i thought the rule wouldnt apply to me, and i would like to aplogise for doing that, it was a stupid mistake, and i really wish i could go back and change it.

You've been within this community for some time, and to my knowledge you were in a whitelisted gang.
I do find it extremely difficult to believe that you didn't know transferring items / money between characters is bannable?

I don’t recall being apart of a gang at that time, but that is besides the point.

When doing that I find it hard to fully recall what was going through my head at the time, but I was moving my cash earned from one to the other, which I knew wasn’t right, but I guess I didn’t think the rule wouldn’t apply, obviously now it was stupid of me. And I want to apologise, as it was a stupid move by myself.

Good morning @e1h0 , I'm glad to hear it!

It's not besides the point, players in whitelisted gangs would naturally be held to a much higher standard of roleplay which obviously wasn't presented during this.

Can I ask what your purpose on the server is?
From this incident, it appears that you were attempting to gain an advantage over other players whilst breaking this rule rather than sticking around for the roleplay.

Well it’s hard to think of a “purpose” but I had 2 different characters, one of which was a civilian who was brought up in a poor place and was working there way up earning money from working with drugs etc, and making a name for themselves in certain areas, and my other one was police at a time, which was to protect the city, but I was then let go from that position due to something that had happened and someone said one thing and they did the other. And I can’t even think what was going through my head at the time. As mentioned above it was because of something internal happening within the Police, which caused me to get angry, and do this stupid thing. I know this is not tolerated and I am very sorry for my stupid mistakes

Working on my different characters the civilian one. Etho. Was to show even if you were brought up, we all make a living somehow, and in the end I wanted to start up a business, and not have to worry.

Ordinarily this appeal would be locked for 3 days due to bumping with a second comment however given the time frame I'll let this one pass.

I ask your purpose as so far given the rules broken, it seems as if you're here to try and win, gain an advantage over other players.
I'm trying to gather more information and see if you're actually here for roleplay.
