Reason given for your ban: c2.3

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for a valid reason of combat logging, I was in a police chase I didnt want to lose my stuff so I logged off.

Why should we unban you ?: I understand what I did was wrong I was fully aware of the consequences of what could happen if I did combatlog. It was such a long time ago and I'm wanting to come back to the server to play with my friends. I understand that I ruined the immersion of so many peoples rp experience and I apologise for my actions. I have reread the rules to make sure I do not break any rules unintentionally in the future(not to say this was unintentional). I know I was wrong and I hope you can give me another chance to play on your wonderul servers. Thank you

You've copy and pasted your last appeal and provided no explanation, either to the questions asked or why you didn't bother responding last time, why is this?

 
Hello, I copy and pasted my last appeal because I still have the same view on what I did. I didn't get a chance to finish the appeal or play a lot of games within recent months for personal reasons but I have some free time again so I thought I would finish the appeal so I can play again.

 
Also I only just realised what you meant with the previous questions so here is my explanation:

- If my memory serves me correct I believe I had a handgun in my possession? Which to me at the time was a valuable item and I'm not sure to any other items that would have been in my possession. I now understand that losing such items is part of the game as I have played RP servers on other games and had to experience this multiple times. I understand now that me logging off instead losing my gear impacted the RP experience of the players involved in the situation. I can't prove to you as of right now that it won't happen again, all I can do is tell you that it won't as I have taken time to think about and understand what I have done. If you give me a second chance I will make sure to prove it to you all.

Hello there.

How can we trust you not to break the server rules, if you've just broken the appeal rules.

Answering the question properly and more thoughtfully this time, please, how can we be sure that you'll follow the server rules if given another chance, especially as you've just failed to follow the appeal rules?

 
Hi sorry this is my ban appeal but I can't get back into that account to respond but I had this other one made to respond.

I didn't think that what I did would be classed as bumping as I was just responding to what the previous person said and responding to the questions that were placed on my other ban appeal I apologise for breaking the appeal rules there.

I have read all of the server rules since my ban and now fully understand them all and will ensure in future that I do not break the rules and I will ensure that I hold myself to a high standard of RP. I will put myself into other peoples shoes and see how I would feel if I was to come across rule breaks in my RP experiences. I know that I wouldn't like to be in that situation and it would frustrate me so in future I will make sure not to do it again so everyone can have an enjoyable experience.

I'm quite bad with remembering emails and passwords and couldn't remember either for my Dylan Shoreline account I hope it wont be a problem 🙂

Feel free to deactivate or delete my other account as I wont be using it anymore I will just stick to this one

 
You've been banned since 09/07/2021, what have you been up to since then?

If you are successful in appealing this ban, what are your next steps on our server?

What happens if you get into an RP Interaction, end up downed but its late? What are your steps?

What happens if you acquire another high value item, but someone tries to rob you? What are your steps?

C2.3 bans come with a character wipe (Inventory, Cash in Hand, BlackJack Tokens), this has been completed already.

 
Basically all I've been doing these last 2 years is playing valorant and focusing on my work and school.

To answer your points:

- I have a friend who is playing on the server for a while now and I wanted to get back into the server and the GTA RP scene so I wanted to join him in his gang and play.

- I would have to stay on until the RP interaction is finished as logging off mid RP sit would be in breach of the C2.3 rules.

- I have learnt from my mistakes and I would not repeat my previous actions when being robbed or arrested by police in my case. I would let the RP interaction take its course and lose the high value item that I have because it is part of the game. 

Also I have a question, when you say character wipe does that include my vehicles ect?

No, like Liam has stated it is an inventory wipe. So anything you had on your inventory at the time that you logged off

Please quote the rule you have broken, explain it in your own words and tell me why you think this rule is on place on the server.
