Unban Appeal for Dylan Ryder

Reason given for your ban: Combat Log/ Transfer
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I have been confused with my ban on the combat log, and the transfer. but the admins that banned me said it because I left and transferred money to someone in my gang on a different character
Why should we unban you ?: So I got banned for something called transferring which I understand that ban and dont want to argue that but I got banned for combat logging when I was on a fresh character in the server. My body was far out in ocean and I waited 14 minutes so I had one minute left and I logged off because I had to go now in the rules (1.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained.20 Feb 2014
my situation is nothing compared to these examples the admin that told me I was getting banned for it her reason was behind that " I could of possibly got saved" since I was one minute out of respawn but that makes no sense to me because I was in the water for 14 minutes far in the middle of nowhere I wasnt trying to save any gear because I had nothing I wasnt raging quitting since I already waited 14 minutes, I wasnt in a fight I wasnt in a rp scene no one was even near me at all the admin who banned me wasnt even going to ban me but i told them I left one minute before the respawn button and they added combat logging to this I am no way trying to cause an argument I just think in my eyes its a really unjustice punishment I had no way of be saved when ur in the water for 14 minutes ur dead, I was just planning on restarting my pc because I only had a minute left. the Admin at the time Didnt know all of this situation and decided to ban me from all of it because I was only trying to be truthful
I just hope I could get that situation sorted with My other ban was something with a transfer which im not gonna bother bringing up because like I said to the admins it was a bit sketchy how all the played out. but my situation was never mentioned in the rules. How can I follow the rules to an exact T if it isnt mentioned you know? im not trying to be rude or annoying but I hope you can understand my frustation because I only got the ban when I was being honest and trustfull to the admin that was dealing with me at the time. I never broke any rules from restarting my pc I had no way of being saved I was already officaly dead I had saved my crash logs last night and I can happily send those in because I restarted my pc because I kept crashing and I dont mind putting those logs in for you. thank you for reading
my plan was to restart my pc and go do what I had to do, now I would understand if I was in the middle of the road because like it says in the rules while dead awaiting a medic, So I would understand if it was on the middle of that road because that one minute could of saved me but i was in the middle of nowhere in water and my character was dead
In terms of the transferring I made a female character and wasnt sure if I could play on it since I am a male I didnt intend to make a female one it was a mistake so I sent money to some random number, made a new account and done the same. it turns out that person was someone in my gang I didnt know the person in my gang because we all merged that day so there was an extra 10+ joining but in the eyes of the admins they wont know that I and I understand how that looks from there eyes thats why I said I wouldnt want to "argue" about that one but the combat log I dont think is correct. I appreciate your time and im happy to answer any questions Im aware combat log is 1 month cool down but I dont believe I should of got banned I got told by Gordan to make a ticket so thats why I have written this. Thank you
