Server: GTA RP

Reason given for your ban: C2.3

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for using the exploit to sell drugs faster by putting your hands up in the middle of a sale and then combat logging.

Why should we unban you ?: You should unban me as I was a regular member of the community on that server despite only being in the city for a short while, I know what I done at the time was not allowed and can only apologise for my stupid actions which I regret. I now know that this is a serious violation of the rules which results in a serious prosecution, I've had time to sit back and realise that what I done will not be allowed regardless and if I do this again I will have no second chance in the city and it will result in me never being unbanned from a server which is probably one of if not the best UK based server for RP.

I hope you can see that I'm remorseful and will not be breaking anymore rules from here on out, this was my first rule break in the city and I will not attempt to bend the rules for my own gain again.

Hi, 

You had an appeal open just after you got banned, I was the one that was in the middle of dealing with it.. Yet, you asked for your appeal to be closed...

Why? What happened? What's changed now? 

 
Sorry for wasting your time previously Fluqi, I was away with work for a while so I didn't have access to my computer until now and I'm back for good so I want to get back in the city

Why should we give you another chance when you chose to ignore server rules that you knew existed just for personal gain? How often did you do this exploit? 

 
I think everybody deserves a second chance and I've definitely learnt my lesson and refreshed myself with both city and community rules. All of my friends are in this city and I'm the only one who's banned, I won't be breaking any rules from here on out and know that I'll be on thin ice... any rule breaking will obviously justify a permanent ban again.

It wasn't my first time using this exploit if I'm going to be totally honest, I've done it a couple of times which is definitely not right. This is something that will not happen again if my appeal is approved.

 
If this is something you've done multiple times how can we be sure you won't simply do the same thing again or in turn ignore other rules if you believe you will get away with it?

 
You have my word that I will not exploit any rules of the city in future and if doing so I'm more than happy to be permanently banned again.

Since the ban I have had a change of mentality towards the city and how my rp is going to improve, unfortunately this has been influenced by the ban which shouldn't have been but ultimately, has been the best thing for me to realise what I done was wrong. 

If unbanned you'll see me back creating good RP without rule breaks and any issues I come across will be dealt with appropriately with the report system or discord.

Think you might be missing the point here, The goal is to ensure people don't return to the appeals section moving forth, Not an offer to come back. 

If we do give you another opportunity what are your plans for being on the server? You've said your RP is going to improve, How so?

 
Like I said, I won't be here again in these ban appeals if this is successful. 

My plans for the server is to eventually setup my own business and progress from there, I haven't decided on what type of business yet but I want something that will create rp for others at the same time as my own. I was thinking when I first get back in the city that I'll be setting up a renting service for taxi drivers so they can drive better vehicles just for a starter.

 
Could you please quote the rule you broke and explain in your own words why we have such a rule in place?

 
The rule I broken was: (C2.3) Combat logging -

This rule is in place to solidify the roleplay within the city as everybody is expected to carry out each scenario of rp regardless of whether it's good or bad - win or lose, logging out in the middle of a roleplay scenario not only ruins the rp but the fun for everybody involved and ultimately can deter people away from the city.

I was banned for obvious reasons but also because it gave no potential for character building not only for myself but for the two cops involved providing no role play at all other than the chase.

It's been around 9 months since you we're banned and going from your appeal I'm willing to offer another chance, Since this is your only punishment since you've been part of the community. Now it should be noted these are serious rules you we're banned for so I am expecting this won't be happening again and I will be holding you to your word that you won't be back in the appeals section and will follow the rules.
