In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got banned because in an incident where handcuffs were applied but bugged, i took adventage of them bugging out and tried to escape the policeman and basically run away from the roleplay incident.

Why should we unban you ?
I understand my mistake and it will not be repeated, Im a very good roleplayer, i allways apply to demands from therats, policemen etc, and as i said it will not happen again.

I understand my mistake and it will not be repeated, Im a very good roleplayer, i allways apply to demands from therats, policemen etc, and as i said it will not happen again.

I struggle to believe this if I am honest with you, before this ban, you have been banned 5 times, twice for NLR, once for RDM, RVDM and Breaking Character / OOC abuse Now why should I give you yet another chance on the server? Don't you think you have had enough chances? if not why? why should i give you another chance?

Those bans were from my starting point of Roleplay, i was new to the whole FiveM era, and i didnt really tame that much care to my actions and i was reckless ( i have real the rules though)

It is true, i got banned a week after week but after that time period i did not get banned for 2 or 3 months, because i took the roleplay into a serious level, i got banned because i was reckless and didnt pay attention, it will not be repeated, if it will, i wont appeal the next ban.

Not to mention those 2 bans for NLR and that ban for abusing OOC were fault, i appealed them on ts and the admins agreed with me on them, but no action was taken because those were temp bans.

I feel like i should be unbanned because IMO i play a decent role in the city, im a big target in the city and most people know me, either as a hitman, an enemy, or a friend.

The video proof isnt part of my topic for the unban appeal, its just to strengthen my point.

So the video you claim proves that you didn't break OOC rules? To me all it has shown me is that you indeed break OOC rules and complained when being told off, you then decided to Break RP by saying nice VDM  multiple times... All that video proves to me is that the ban you claimed was wrong, was perfectly valid and makes me wonder if you do deserve a second chance or some more time off the server. You mention the 2 VDM's were also false do you have video footage of that or the admin that you spoken to so I can ask them regarding it?

the video was proof of me stopping after being told to stop, i understood that i broke the rules so i stopped

as i said i was new to the roleplay era, and i said the nlr was false not the vdm.

i do deserve a second chance because  as i said those bans were so old and from when i started playing. and i wasent banned since

Your other bans and and this current does come into play as both the fair ban system .
And to be fair, you have been very very lucky.

This will reset every six months from your last ban to give players a clean slate for continued good behaviour, it should be recognised however that staff may use their discretion to determine if players are using this system to their advantage to facilitate their breaking of rules. Repeated offences of the same rulebreak will escalate up the scale faster. If you receive a 24 hour ban for 2.2 RDM, get unbanned and RDM a second time within 6 months you will move to a 1 week ban.

If you read this you will understand. Now us being hesitant to even bring you back, its justified. Now convince us to why we should let you come back.

@Stavik I help the community start on the server, new players etc, i create alot of roleplay scenarios and i make sure to make it the best roleplay quality possible for me to enjoy and for the other side to enjoy,

Besides me being sorry for what ive done, and understanding my mistake to its fullest, i also understand why you'd not want to unban me.

For someone who states that they make sure to provide quality roleplay jumping off a roof without talking and whilst being retrained isn't what i'd call as good RP would you? You also provided a video of you stating that one of your previous bans was false where you was mouthing off over OOC, You have recently been reported where in the report you are once again mouthing off in OOC. So i don't think you have learned from any of your previous bans if I am honest with you.

Now onto your claim of "they are old bans" You were banned 3 times in June, twice in July and now we are in August and you are currently banned and have had a report up against you. 

With everything being mentioned on this appeal I do not see a good enough reason to unban you.
