Reason given for your ban: Illegal Client

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I've sat here thinking about this question for a fare while, and the conclusion I continue to come to is still; "I don't know". First off, I was dead on the floor, possibly starvation, but I believed to a considerable degree that it was insta death randomly as I was riding my motorbike. It was not very busy on the server, so my chances were slim because of where I died, but I still waited. Getting impatient I thought, whatever, may as well just respawn and get on with it, except upon holding E to respawn, the screen would go black when it reached 100%, then after not even half a second of black screen would snap back to a 3rd person of me on the floor still bleeding out. I tried holding E down roughly 10 times, repeat problem, over and over, black screen, then back to bleeding out. At this point I just opted for restarting the game, so I alt F4, then hit enter to close, and started back up FiveM. Upon loading up, it told me FiveM needed to restart when trying to join, so I let it do its think, and connected back with no issues, selected my character, loaded in to the same spot I was at, still down, held down E, and the moment it hit 100% I got booted to FiveM main screen, ban notice "Illegal Client".

Why should we unban you ?: I love your guys rich community of valuable role-players, and in the time I've played, Ive come to meet some of the most awesome people I've met in years. I only got back on PC to play FiveM, and have since writing this deleted FiveM as without RolePlay.co.uk, I simply won't play FiveM. I have no interest in abandoning my time spent on the server, grinding away to try and be a bigger part of such an amazing and fun universe, just to go and join another which is sub par. I played on a wide handful of servers, and this one has been by far, the most welcoming, fun and fair experience in gaming I've ever had. Games and technology are awesome, but in this situation its been an utter failure and its put me off.

Hope to hear back from you guys, I know that whatever decision you come to based on what information you have from both ends with be at the best interest of the community, and that's good enough for me.

Can you explain to me EXACTLY what you were doing from at least 30 mins prior to you being banned. 

Every detail can help here even if you think its not relevant.

Prior to my death, I was selling drugs at Triads on my own motorbike, the drug I was selling was weed, I had roughly 800 - 900  un-bagged, and was bagging 5 at a time, selling them individually. I was also there with just my buddy, we was talking on radio, he was also selling, coke I believe. I was actually holding the push to talk button for my radio down, talking as I died, as I was explaining how you would hypothetically break out of prison from the inside. As I was talking about it I was driving off from Triads turf and towards townhall, to store my bike, and only got some way there, to the bridge just after the motorway. When I died I was quite perplexed as it seemed random, and as I mentioned in my appeal;

- So I posted in the chat asking if there was any Gods/Mods on to help, someone mentioned making a forum post, but in honesty the situation wasn't worth that level of hassle, from there, I just waited with the hope someone would come by, with my voice proximity to shout, to give whoever was passing the best opportunity to hear me. In regards to laying there, I did go OOC twice, maybe 3 times, alt tabbing to change a YouTube video on one of my other monitors, that I was watching while downed, as you can imagine laying there doing nothing can be quite mind numbing. After that, the choice to respawn was the next thing. Everything in my appeal covers everything else.

So you wouldnt have gotten inpatient by any chance of no "god" coming to help you or no NHS helping and tryed to use something you know you shouldn't to try to revive yourself?

So I've been auto banned by systems, for self reviving? And the perception of the situation is, thats what I've done, or tried to do? Well, thats not the case. I took the option of re-spawning multiple times consciously, and pressed to re-spawn repeatedly. Wether there was desynch causing this, or server lag, or in reference to my "client", client lag, something was being weird. And whatever the situation, I have no motivation to cheat, or be impatient.

I've since this unfolding, done my research on "illegal client", and what grounds this could happen on, and I have no clue, as my client is vanilla FiveM from the official source.

My genuine plan was to get back into streaming with the sole intention of doing it on FiveM. I opted for playing for a chunk of time first to get to grips with FiveM, and build an understanding of the rules/community. And starting monday just past is when I was going to start. The virtual value of the characters I have would be null after starting fresh for stream.

The only thing I personally think I've done wrong is not recording what happened prior to ban, as this all would of been a much shorter conversation. And in any other situation I would of done, but I'd been awake for so long I wasn't as sharp as I could of been at the time.

To conclude, I don't know what angle you are taking or what level of information you're working with, but moving forward, I will be at a bare minimum constantly recording, and a vast majority of the time streaming. And will without question pass ANY and ALL requested timestamps forward for review.

With the main concern here being cheating, I'm willing to go above and beyond to both defend, prove and protect my integrity, and I believe everything being documented in video form with be sufficient. There won't be a single second spent on RolePlay.co.uk FiveM RP, where OBS isn't running on my pc.

After those checks have been done, we have come to the conclusion you will not be back here.
