Exact reason for the ban I'm honestly a bit unsure about... I also wish to know that :) if possible

Well, honestly, it would depend on the real reason why I was banned... What happened was that I was playing around as if I was on a "super secret mission" which usually was about finding a rabbit or something, just as if I was a crazy person. I went to the police station and stood behind the police house, wearing no weapons, just normal starting clothes. Suddenly a police chopper lands, I think it was 4 police people with weapons run out, goes over to me, restrain me, put me up like usual. But this time they put a rifle to my head... say "If you say more than one word in response to our questions then he will shoot you in the head". Then they ask me some normal questions, after it then I ask them a question so I get a ticket! :D yup you heard right... so I got mad, said something mean and alt+F4 because this kinda piss me off...

Here I try to do some fun RP as a weirdo to make people laugh... but police just restrain me, threten me, and when done, I ask them a question, I don't remember exactly what, so TICKET... but sure, if police don't have to RP then I'll keep that in mind next time, that the police is just a part of the game to remove the fun of it.

I would love a response to this one question, which I also wanted to ask the police people, which is reason why I got ticketed, and thretened with jail:

Is this really the way police should behave?

 
You were banned for saying, 'well i'm leaving this server anyway if this is how you guys act'' then proceeded to alt+F4 while in restraints at the Kavala HQ. You then reconnected about 2 minutes later, thus you were banned for breaking RP and combat/restraint logging. 

 
I was planning on going to bed. But I assumed I had gotten a ban so I wanted to check, which I was exactly correct about

 
May I please get a reply to this important part at least. 

Is this exactly how the police should behave?

I also want to add to this post that I do not mind RP even when I'm on the bad side of it (Being robbed etc) I just react so strongly when the police behave like they did, because at this stage in the game I was a completely nice citizen with no criminal intentions.
 

Eearlier the same day I was actually restrained by a few rebels in kavala in a back alley... and they said a few funny things ;) which I obviously just played along with, and didn't mind at all, was just fun, but this is because THEY WERE NOT POLICE! 

Tell me if I'm wrong tho, I don't know exactly what it says in the police work description.

If it's a police complaint you have (no breaking of server rules, just something you don't agree on or feel wrong done about something), take it up with the Police Complaints Commission section on the forum, accessed via the public information tab on the police sub forum. If it's police breaking server rules then file a report using the template and ensure you have sufficient evidence. If they have indeed broken rules they would be banned like anyone else. This topic is regarding your unban request because you broke the rules yourself. We have police seniors in place to deal with police issues, i acted upon what i saw which was a blatant disregard for server rules. 

 
Ok, sorry for my aggressive outburst and behaviour, I realize now that I should just have gotten the in game police officers name, because I truely hope that I can ask for that and get a serious answer, and then with evidence report the person propperly.

What i need to know now is, will the ban stay or be removed?

 
You must await the decision of a senior admin (red tags on the forum) to review this unban request and they will then decide whether you will be able to have a second chance on this server. 

 
It was an aggressive outburst which I afterwards have realized was a bad idea. And also it was an "if" in my sentence, from now on I'll just play with a videorecording so that I have proof and then I'll report it to the correct forum instead of what I did.

So then my question to you is again is this how they should behave? considering you think I am planning on leaving anyways.

This is your unban request and the fact you react with "aggressive outbursts" on a gaming server says to me it will happen again.
