Reason given for your ban: g2.2 & g2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i was banned because i was dumb enough to transfer money between other accounts, using the starting cash to transfer to my main, silly mistake as i had originally already earned millions legitimately and ruined it for myself

Why should we unban you ?: i would like you to consider unbanning me as i learned from my mistake, after playing on the server for months and honestly enjoying the interactions with the community, i feel like i have had long enough to reflect my mistake, i just want to come back to enjoy the experiences as this is the only server i really played, and the only server that i class as enjoyable and legit due to no pay to win, which is great, since i got banned i havent played anywhere else at all, but after so long im hoping i can get another chance and i promise to be legitimate through all aspects of my time roleplaying, as i just made a silly mistake before..., made so many friends and so many contacts in the city and also so much money nice house and cars, just for it all to be taken away due to my silly mistake for a amount of money that wasnt even worth considering how much i had already earned in the city legitimately, so im hoping you can give me one more chance so i can once again enjoy the city and the community, thank you and sorry for my previous action

Indeed it has been a while since you have been away, Good 9 months at this point. Now you have mentioned you have learned from this however one thing not mentioned is why you decided to do this. Can you go through that for us please?

It should be noted that bans of this nature do come with a full character wipe, Meaning everything on one character (That you may name to keep if you would like to) will be removed, I.e money, vehicles, properties, storage containers, In essence the only thing that character keeps is RP memories. The others are removed. Since you have four characters do you wish to keep one and if so would it be Davie or another? This of course is subject to you being unbanned however thought it's good to note going into this. 

 
thank you for your response, and for the reason i done it i honestly do not know it was genuinely just a stupid mistake, that i regret massively, i think it was a stress moment when i originally made a new character for hunting, saw the starting cash and thought i could use this.. but of course that was a big mistake, i always say to myself time and time again why on earth did i even think about doing it.... as it ruined my full time on the server that i enjoyed incredibly, believe me it has haunted me ever since the time and i will never even think about doing anything like that again, it was my mistake which i take full responsibility for, but i feel like i have served my time, and also want to say good job on enforcing these antics as it helps protect the citys economy, you guys do a great job, honestly didnt know what i was thinking at the time and i deeply apologise, and thats understandable i dont mind that at all, i would like to keep davie darino if i get the opportunity to have one more chance in the city,  the wipe is totally necessary due to my previous action that i fully  regret, so its no problem for me i would just hopefully be able to keep davie due to the fact i had some great rp and interactions with said character and i would love to be able to start fresh and build my character in the city, thank you for your time and once again sorry for the previous actions on my last visit to the city, that was my first and only mistake i will ever make...

(G2.2) everyone is required to speak english with the exception of roleplaying as a speaker of another language, but also keeping in mind that other people roleplaying might only understand english, this rule is in place to give a fair gameplay for everyone involved and not cause a language barrier that can confuse and ultimately ruin the rp experience/situation.

  (G2.9) transferring money or any items between your characters is forbidden, with no exeptions, this rule is in place to mainly protect the citys economy and to provide a fair and legitimate gameplay for all users, it also ensures that everyone in the city builds there character with no boosting and ultimately meaning they have to go out and rp with other users and all round improving scenarios/experiences in the city.

oh sorry my bad, (C2.2) Exploiting,  attempting to use any exploits such as duplication of items or money, transferring items through walls and windows or bypassing glitching animations, this rule is in place to provide legitimate gameplay throughout the city and not give users any advantages over others, also keeping the economy safe and forcing users to interact with others via rp scenarios, it ensures that everyone in the city are experiencing well balanced and maintained gameplay, with no one being at a disadvantage so its all fair game, work for it to get it!

(c2.2) using any form of gameplay that provides an unfair advantage to other users, even if its in the games mechanics doesnt mean its allowed to be used and abused, this can be anything from repetitively increasing your bank balance by use of some sort of glitch or bug, using similar methods to breach perimeters such as buildings and other solid objects with no original walk through, and also using shady bugs to cancel animations to give an unfair advantage over other users, ultimately affecting rp scenarios. Also if you happen to find said bugs or glitches contact staff as soon as possible to make them aware.

(g2.9) using your other characters within the game to transfer any items and/or cash to your main, or any account for that matter, as once again this gives an unfair advantage over other users. doesnt matter if its as simple as repair kit or as much as 100k, both will be viewed as the same and receiving the same penalty, your character is there to be solely built from the ground up without the help of other characters or people. find out or go get it in rp!

@DavieBoyIf we were to unban you, your cars/money would be wiped. Do you agree to this?

 
yes i totally agree, as its due to my previous action which i deserve the penalty for, would be more than happy to start fresh and explore the city and have some good rp scenarios, thanks for your response
