Reason given for your ban: I Gave a friend my money so i can get a car on my other character

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i think i was banned because i wanted to have a car on my other character so i gave my friend my money from my 1st character and bought a car for my other character because my 1st character is a police officer so he does not need it, so because i technically transferred money across, i understand why i was banned

Why should we unban you ?: i think you should unban me because i have a lot of progress on the server, i have multiple clients i need to help out aswell since my 2nd character is a solicitor and im currently tried to create a dealership with a friend. that is another reason why i transferred everything across, overall i am willing to do anything to get unbanned coz i enjoy this server alot

I was going to kick off this appeal stating that I am confused as to why you have transferred repair kits across characters as usually people transfer money.

You’ve stated in this appeal that you have transferred money across characters too, we will need to investigate into your ban thoroughly before proceeding forward.

i didnt pass repair kits through?

i gave them to my friend as a cop

but what i did was i transferred money to my friend and he bought me a car with it and he kept 100k, i dont know if that counts?

You gave your friend money to buy you a car on another character, which is a rule break of C2.2, G2.9 and even G3.5.

You also, put repair kits into your vehicle on one character then accessed that vehicle on another character removing the repair kits which is another violation of C2.2 & G2.9

These types of bans come with the following:

1. Complete wipe of a character of your choosing (Assets, Vehicles, Bank Balance, Inventory, Houses, Storage Containers etc..)
   
2. Complete deletion of all other characters.

i didnt grab the repair kits from the car my friend did but i did check if they are there still, but i will agree to delete ryan davidson

It is irrelevant if you removed them or not, you still accessed your other characters vehicle which is still a violation of G2.9, C2.2 , & G3.5.

Well you almost managed to answer one of my two points.
I will make it easier.

1. Explain more in depth what it is you have done to land yourself banned.
2. Explain what rule you have broken and how you understand it.

ohhh i didnt think about that, thats just a mistake it was the car closest to me and he had a full inventory, but ye

i believe i was banned for accessing the same vehicle that i put repair kits in on another character, but i thought the real reason was because i gave my friend money, he bought me a car with that money.

i have broken the following rules: G2.9, C2.2 , & G3.5.

G2.9: to not transfer ANYTHING between characters if you do it could lead to a perm ban

G3.5: you are unable to talk between characters whatever is in characters A's life is in that character only, following for the other characters as well

C2.2: exploiting, not transferring anything between vehicles to other characters or any type of duplication, if you are only known to this report it to staff

i dont know if this is classed as bumping but i just wanna say sorry to mystix for not listening to him, im just desperate to get back to the server

This is your second permanent ban within 2 months. Do not follow down the same path of rule breaks again, I don't want to see you back here on this side of the forums.

Any ban within a 6 month period, will result in another appeal. If you are banned again within a 2 month period, you will be given a cooldown of 2 months.
