Reason given for your ban: discrimination

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I think i was banned for discrimination, by using the word faggot consistently to another player in the server

Why should we unban you ?: I think you should unban me because it was a very in the moment thing of me to do and i was not in the best state of mind, i also was trying to get a good roleplay situation going but it did not go the way i thought it would obvioulsy bu my wrong choice of words that i obviously should not use, i can say from here i will not say anymore discriminative words in the server, and be very careful of the words i use, i also have what i would say alot of progress in the server and have made quite alot of friends and personally think that this is the most realistic and best server i have been in since i have searched for other servers and i am unable to find another server like roleplay.co.uk, thank you.

Just updating the reason for my unban, i have only said this word to 1 person, no others i do not know if people will understand that from what i put

Do you have moments like that often? Calling people vile and discriminatory terms? Furthermore, you state multiple times that "obviously" you should not use those kind of words, yet you did... 

Here is what I believe. You say these things on a regular bases and you find it hilarious. You are not sorry for a second and are just telling us what you think we want to hear, in the hopes that we withdraw this inconvenience for you and let you back on the server. How does that sound?

Also, with the amount of effort you are putting in to your appeal currently, your chances are not high either. 

 
I do not say these words as often as people may think, i can see why people think i use these type of words alot, but in the roleplay situation i was genuinely mad of what the person did before the incident happened. although i did say it, that was the 1st time i have used that word, i have just picked it up from the people around me and i have developed bad habits. I am on route to fix these choice of words and i personally think i have made progress with it, i will be honest i would not choose the discriminatory words again or any other type of disgusting and vile words again. furthermore, i am genuinely wanting to carry on my progress in the server. If i need to make a personal apology to the person i used the vile words on, i will get onto it straight away if i am able to get in contact with him. Thank you for reviewing this unban appeal and your time.

 
Right... I get annoyed with people in RP sometimes, and I also start swearing and calling them words. But never would I stoop as low as to call someone discriminatory terms. If that is the first word your mind jumps to, something is very messed up - don´t you think? 

Explain the rule you broke and explain in your own words why you think it is in place and what consequences it would have if it was not. 

 

 
I do think it was very messed up of me to do and i was not proud of it at all. The rule that i broke was C1.2, this is a rule where if any man/woman discriminates someone's, age, race religion, i think it is in place so people are not free to do as they please to a certain extent to the point where they discriminate someone, people could also feel more comfortable in the server just by adding this rule. the consequences in my opinion should stay the same, permanent but able to apply to appeal a ban. if this was not a rule then people would use them more often if they have a thing against a race, age or religion. I am sorry if this does not make sense if you need me to i can re-write this. Thank you for replying

Tell me WHY we should give you another chance in our community. Words like the one you have said whether in roleplay or not have the potential to cause serious upset/distress to the person on the other side of them. WHY should we give you the chance to come back and potentially do the same thing again to someone else?

 
I personally think you should unban me because I have put a lot of time and effort into the server, especially for how long i have been on the server. Furthermore, this was my 1st time doing this and if I get reported for doing it a second time then I am happy enough to be permanently banned without being able to appeal and unban because I don't think I should get another chance. I want to make more progress in the server whilst following all the rules. any considerations will be greatly appreciated, thank you for replying and for your time, if you need me to explain further of my intentions and etc. I will get onto as soon as I can.

You may have put alot of time into the server but that doesnt change the fact you used the language you did.

You are not convincing me that this wont happen again.

So tell me WHY I should put my trust in you and I how I know I wont see you back here for a similar reason in a few months time?

 
since i have put alot of effort into this server and i was to carry on with my progress that would drive me not to make more stupid mistakes, although i did use foul language, does not necessarily mean that i was trying to offend him. since i am trying very hard to get back into this server i am willing to agree on the fact of if i break another rule then i should be permanently banned without being able to appeal for an unban, i really do not know how to explain this further since i have problems myself, all im trying to say is that i will apologise to the guy i used the foul language on and if i make another mistake then i should be permanently banned which i would not like to happen since i am trying very hard to get back into the server. thank you for replying, and your time.

 
I do not think for a secound that the language i used was acceptable and there was no intentions whilst using the word, i just made a huge mistake by 1 saying the word in the first place and the fact that i repeated it.

If you’re banned for Discrimination within 3 months, you’ll be on a 3 month cool-down.

yes i agree to these terms, but i do not know how long i have been banned for from start to present day.

That is irrelevant. It is within 3 months, you will be on a cooldown for another 3 months before you may appeal.

Bare in mind, due to this being a perm ban. Any ban within a 6 month period, will result in an appeal.
