In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I had failed initiation by saying to someone in an offroad, "get out of the vehicle or you will be shot" (Hands up or die) and then proceeded to kill him as he drove off.

Why should we unban you ?
I have been trying to keep within the community guidlines and i know I have messed up and I admit I was in the wrong. I Have taken this time to reflect what I have done wrong and also been to the rules section on the forums to refresh my mind so nothing like this happens again. I love playing on the RPUK server in arma and I really enjoy the level of roleplay that goes around. This is the only arma roleplay server I play on as I have gotten used to the map, UI and also the people who roam the island. I have also tried the FiveM server and unfortunately I am unable to run the server properly due to crashes and bugs which i beleive in time will be fixed but at the minuite it is borderline unplayable for myself in this given time. I an sorry for wasting the staff and managments time in having to deal with another report when they can be doing something more productive for the community or in their own personal life but I am trying to keep within the rules so I can enjoy myself and others can enjoy themselves too. I am sorry to the RPUK staff and community, i hope to join you all as a better steve in the islsnd soon

4 days ago a staff member felt not confident to unban you. 
What has changed in those last couple days, that we should give you a other chance? 

 
I know it has only been a short while since I had a denied unban request but as I have previously stated on both reports, I have went to the rules section to refresh myself on the do's and dont's to make sure a situation doesnt happen again to the best of my ability. Mistakes were made and and i gave the incorrect initiaion process in a panic and im not sure if you had seen the initial video on the go pro but you can hear it in my voice as soon as I hop out our offroad. I am here on the rpuk server purely for the roleplay as it's always something different every day and it is far better than KOTH or any other server out there. I have been on your server since about november time and im trying to get that grind to viper and try to be one of the better known members of the community for the right reasons. Thank you for your time.

 
I will learn with my gang to try and keep calm under pressure and then make scenarios with each other so I can nail down my initiations to a T

One look into your ban and chat history paints a pretty abysmal picture of you. A new player asks for help and you offer him a key combo to close his game, something I've always classed as a shitty thing to do, yes, you may find it funny if that player disconnects but all you serve to do is push away new players with your childish antics. That added to the fact you've accrued 3 bans in just under 3 months tells me you're a repeat offender.
