Unban Appeal for Dan Smiles

Reason given for your ban: G4.3

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was killed by another player and after later after i respawned i came across the same player again and took revenge when I should not have as i should not have been able to remember my past life as I wasn't revived.

Why should we unban you ?: My ban was almost a year ago now and I realise it was a stupid thing to do, for a long time I have regretted breaking the rules as I have wished I could play the game as I have missed the community. I would like to be given another chance as I have had time to consider my actions and would do better in the future and think I could be a valued member of the community now.

It has been a long time but you also have 3 previous bans. 2 bans got G1.2 and one for G1.1. Why would we let you back on the server for you to potentially just run people over and stab them for no reason?

How will you benefit this community in a positive way?

Thanks for getting back to me, I understand your skepticism due to these previous bans, these were all mistakes made in a short space of time when i did not take it as seriously as I should have which I know is not an excuse and I regret, I deserved the ban at the time.

I regularly watch fivem streamers, follow the game and I still have friends that play the game to this day from a year ago who I wish I could play with so I can say with certainty that I wouldn’t do the same if I had a second chance, if I did break any of the rules you could just instantly permanently ban me again, due to this I obviously wouldn’t be pursuing this unban process a year later unless I was serious about playing.

No problem, the rule is G4.3, When you respawn your character does not remember any previous roleplay situations, it does not remember where any of its previous vehicles are, it does not remember any previous enemy's, it cannot return to the location of death or be involved in the same situation until the 15 minute timer has expired.

I broke the rule due to the fact that after I was killed, I later came across my killer by accident, In accordance with the rules I should not have remembered the killer or any previous roleplay situations involving him and I should have roleplayed the scenario as if it was our first meeting and we did not know each other. As mentioned in my previous replies in this thread, regretfully, I didn't follow this rule and I wrongfully took revenge on the killer.

Again, I am sorry this happened, not only due to the fact that I broke the rules and got punished but also because my actions ruined another players immersion and roleplay experience at the time. This happened a long time ago so I have time to reflect on it and want to contribute to the roleplay experience now rather than take away from it. I hope you can give me a chance to do this.

Im on the fence for this one. If you decide to mess up again you wont be able to appeal it for atleast 6 months. Dont be stupid, be a smarty.
