Why do you think you were banned: I was banned because I combat logged and even though I was given multiple chances of coming clean about this i still continued to lie,, when i eventually got back into the city I carried on the scene but as i was heavily drunk and intoxicated along with being angry at the time i broke character and spoke out of turn i wish this hadn't of happened i wish the scene had carried out its also worth noting that at the time the people involved with the scene had no rp story at the time the main person involved ( jimmy Patchett) we had some ongoing beef from a different game and it was broght into this one, at the time of the incident i was outside pillbox minding my own business and him and his friend proceeded too ram into my vehicle till it blew up they then chased me down and killed me and that tipped me over there edge regardless i should have known this and i shouldn't have let this happen
Why should we unban you: i think i should be unbanned as I've had a month away and in this time i have worked on myself and worked on the problems stemming from the city me and this jimmy have sorted any issue we have out and where prepared not too let anything outside of the city jeopardise our time in the city and as for lying to admins that was damn right stupid of me and i shouldn't have owned up i understand combat logging is a major thing and in turn i should have allowed the scene too play out and go along with it but when or if i get back into the city technically he left me flat on my back so they shouldn't be anymore interaction anyways i just want to get back and enjoy my time in the city again i am so sorry for my bare faced lying its unacceptable and it is out of turn for me i hope you can give me one last chance to prove this and forgive me i was stupid dumb and drunk ( NO EXCUSE) but I've also worked on that part


so again im sorry to the whole roleplay.co.uk staff and admin team it was stupid and reckless i have for sure learned my lesson and i hope you can let me back into the city and let me carry on with my journey

Why should we unban you: i think i should be unbanned as I've had a month away

Why does this time frame make any difference to the appeal? (Curious as to what's changed).

I gave you 3 opportunities to come clean in the ticket with me, however you blatantly lied to my face continuously and even changed your story 3 times assuming we wouldn't do our checks to those stories on this end.
Even when telling you you're being banned due to the consistent lying and combat logging, you still continued to argue with me.

Personally, at this moment I don't see a reason to allow you back into this community, I will need a very strong one to accept this appeal.

firstly i would like to apologies for the lies and the fact that after multiple chances i continued to lie and as you said i argued with you there's no excuses i can even conjure up too even try and explain but i guess i just didn't want to admit my wrong doings at the time i was drunk under the influence and i was pissed of wth the guy involved who once over i considered a dear friend to the point me and my partner where willing too relocate to his home area i told this person my whole life traumas and personal stuff to do with me my kids and other things... then as luck would have it we had a massive falling out and unfortunately it followed over too this city and we where arguing and beefing through discord and stuff and at the time of this particular incident we where going back and forth arguing on discord and when he did this i just lost my shit ( not acceptable) and i combat logged instead of letting the scene play out as he intended to dump me in river... at that point if i had let the scene play out i could have easily forgot who he was and i could have went ahead and did my own thing instead i combat logged and tried to cover my own ass instead of being truthful... anyways after a while going back and forth with the guy on discord i loaded into the city to play the scene out and picked up where we left off... at this time his mood had changed and he was being all friendly and his attitude changed from what we where like in discord and i totally lost it as i thought he was doing it to winde me upo so thats when the character breaking happened because i thought he was being a funny one with me but after talking to him recently we have dropped all the beef and i had found out he was being nice because he wanted to drop the beef....


whats going to be different going forward is. im now going to be working with eyes on at all times i have a friend in your city thats helping me get to grips with medel ( recording my interqctions) im going to be only playing with my friend whos in the city me and the person involved have been speaking and where going to both change our ways with eachother we where talking about either joining the gang hes in or atleast allie with them so we can just game the way we want to

if theres any problems whatso ever i will record the problem and run to the admins so they can sort this out... i no longer drink as it was causing problems at home just not in the game

i will always play a scene out from start too finish no matter the scene if anything goes wrong during the scene i will let the rleevent people know something has happened sp we can replay the scene i have had chance to work on my anger issues since ive had a month off and one thing is clear...

I WILL NEVER DISRESPECT THE STAFF OR ADMINS BY LYING TO THEM OR TRYING TOO DECIVE THEM IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM

IM DEEPLY SORRY FOR MY ACTIONS AND THE MONTH OFF IVE HAD WHERE THE WORST TIMES BECAUSE I REALLY DO LIKE THE CITY AND I WANT TO BE APART OF IT

Hello @d3monic_king90 , thanks for the response.

Looking further into this, you actually lasted 5 days after I unbanned you from your first permanent ban before landing yourself another.
I think you were given a fair chance to return here, and I am still disappointed that you lied so many times after being unbanned and having 3 chances to come clean over this one.

For now, I am still not feeling as if we're ready to have you back yet, from the track record you'd likely end up back on the appeals within a few days.
