Reason given for your ban: G3.1
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe I was banned due to metagaming. The instance was where we had fight with a few hustlers where tyson had been downed and taken by hustlers, he is then put into a bush at the damn. Staff believe I was metagaming to find his location and to save him. After coming to a conclusion that I was metagamed after asking for my side of the story, which was that after we had dodgied a hustler we saw that Kay was putting posts on tweedle about finding tyson and asking us to try get a hold of him. This made us think that he would of been dumped somewhere. As we were close to the damn i made the call to check it and the area around it by driving through bushes, staff were watching and deemed that due to the fact my driving was not random enough alongside the fact that i was not shouting down the radio that I had found him.
Why should we unban you ?: Here is why i think i should be unbanned, As i was explaining when pulled by staff, the evidence from all staff that 6 staff members were certain that i had metagamed. I as i said to drex can confirm that I did not metagame anything and it was all truly a coincidence, the reason as to why I was not driving through every bush was simply due to the fact that we had such numbers i was not thinking about if i were to miss him no one else would be able to find him. There was such high number of us that one would of gone through the bushes i missed and i would of gone through pushes that they missed, I only turned up into the mountain after a call was made that there was a car by the bunker near the damn alongside us seeing multiple local cars driving down the dirt road confirming that there was some sort of player activity as locals do not spawn in if there is no player nearby.
I can promise that there was no ooc information used to find tyson. I simply thought of the closest dumping spot to us which was the damn and made the call to search it, a good 15 of us started searching and we saw signs of activity such as a car parked by the bunker, i after hearing this turn up into the hill and start driving through bushes, i got told that from my pov i was not spinning my camera around and looking and as i said to drex when pulled i was not overly bothered by checking each and every bush by my self as there was numerous balla members doing the same thing.
I have to my knowledge always abided to the rules (except for one combat logging ban last year) and have always held the server rules to a high standard, It would not of made any sense for me to put all that aside to save someone else gun especially when he would be able to buy another 10 with little issue. As i was told when pulled saying multiple staff think i had metagmed this, I respect your judgment however I am here to try and prove to the staff team that there was not meta gaming involved and am willing to answer any and all question by the staff team.
As mentioned in my previous unban appeal from last year this sever is a very, very important for me and has always been a good escape for me and it would simply make no sense for me to throw it away with such a simple rule.
