In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Im not entirely sure but the only thing I can think of is that I logged out while downed (crashed into a local car on a bike with no player in site)

Why should we unban you ?: I believe this is a false ban

So you died and logged out whilst down, just once. Nothing else? are you sure this is the story you want to go with? Honesty is key here.

I did restart my game a few times due to the fact I was changing my graphics settings as I was dropping frames since the new update

I don't buy that for a second. But lets move on to the next issue. what about this?

I explained myself in the replies but to sum it up I logged out after from he drove off

you logged off within a minute or two of the incident. you could clearly see that he was dealing with something, and even if he was leaving, you still cant log out while down. You either wait to get helped up or you bleed out. You are showing a pattern here to be honest.

I didnt know you cant log out at all when downed (as in when theres no rp involved in death for example the way i died which was crashing by bike into a local car as my fps had dropped) I have now realised that and will not break anymore rules as i love this server

Dont get us wrong you can log out while downed, if you need to go or something, but the way you did it was in and out (without really having to go anywhere) which is most commonly done to preserve the timer to avoid bleeding out.

Now if you do get unbanned off this, you should know that your gear will be wiped as if you died as your timer has exceded the bleedout.

i am fine with that as i should've lost my stuff anyway. I love this server and will not break anymore rules and will think more before doing things (like changing my settings)

Right, firstly as nuclear said, I did misspeak in saying you can never log when down. I meant while involved with something, and definitely never to reset your timer. Now, I have had your inventory wiped, and will process your unban, but please know that you will not get any more chances, especially when it comes to exploiting or combat logging. Its a fairly simple rule, just don't do it. Sometimes you lose, sometimes you bug out etc. if a rule has been broken that results in your death, record it and report it. If you die to a bug, record it and submit a compensation request. But never take it into your own hands as the result is this, you end up here.
