In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Unfortunately being new to the server and it being late at night I randomly got killed and shoved into the ocean, I was tired and didn't want to wait for the re spawn time because I didn't think I could get healed in the ocean. So i left. After reading my ban reason I realised my mistake.

Why should we unban you ?: I am terribly sorry, I am new and loved playing with my friends on the server but it was my fault for being forgetful that I can't leave. Going forward I will ensure that this will not happen again through reading the rules again and ensuring that no rule will be broken. Many thanks (FYI - This is a repeat of my last appeal, I was told to reappeal in a month after the automatic ban was removed, I didn't change anything as I felt changing it would obscure information, any current information needed please feel free to ask!)

Can you give us a full account of events from your point of view?

Sorry if the format is weird I’m doing this on my phone. Basically if I remember I was driving to a gas station to fill up my taxi and there was so much going on like people running eachother over and there was many blue clothed characters. Essentially I think I got muddled up because there was a lot of running over of people and I think the blue gang thought I was one of them, but I was filling up my taxi. I got shot in the head and put in a car and shoved in the ocean. I kept on explaining that I was a taxi driver and I had no involvement but they didn’t listen. I was put in the ocean and had to wait. I felt it was out of RP that I got randomly killed and put into the ocean so I left because I had work in the morning. But of course leaving whilst dead regardless is counted as exploiting and I didn’t take that into account. I do apologise for leaving it was just annoying to get killed in that way.

You state that you only done this because it was tired and that you couldn't be bothered waiting the 15 minutes to choose to respawn.

You see a lot of people use this 'excuse' that is was late and that they were tired but if you were that tired and or it was late, why were you refilling your taxi? Had you not get shot, you would've probably continued doing taxis right?

Hi Liam, thanks for your response, I didn't have a lot of money and returning a taxi to get around 4k is a lot of money for a player who has just started. I was driving from west of the city to get back to the taxi station to return my taxi, hence why I stated I wanted to come off, I wasn't going to make it with the amount of fuel due to how close I was cutting it, I only really wanted to put £200 worth as it was approx a mile. I guess I refilled at the wrong taxi station. Frustrated by the fact I randomly got killed before I wanted to head off just caused me to leave the game as previously stated. Many thanks

What do you plan on doing next time you're down and have to go?

After thinking about what happened next time I will wait for the 15 minutes to finish, re spawn myself and instantly log. Regardless if im dead I will wait for the timer to finish. The reason why I didn't do this in the first place was because I was tired and inexperienced, now this has happened I have learned not to do this again.

Hi George, if I remember correctly I was jailed and once I was released i had no money, not enough to even get a taxi so I felt that I didn't start properly, hence why on my second character which if I remember correctly is involved in breaking the rule C2.3. If you look at my characters action history you can see that I have never given anything to another player that suggests im cheating. 

I didn't know that having two characters in the same gang would impede the rules but if it does I guess it would come with the following conditions if I was to have a successful appeal 

• Deletion of all character Except One
  
• Full Wipe of the selected character that I wish to keep (This includes but not limited too, Houses, Cars, Money in Bank, Money in Cash)
  
  I would like my first ever character to be deleted (the one with basically nothing) if I impede any rules that say I can't have two characters in one gang, essentially I thought if I have one that has nothing and I don't play what harm was there playing on another one as long that I never sent or gifted anything that proved to be advantageous for myself or anyone around me.

He is asking due to the rule we have in place:

(G3.5) Character Separation - Using information you have gained through the play of other characters to influence the course of roleplay, either directly or passing this information to a 3rd party to tell your character. Example: Character A is a cop that knows a raid is about to happen on a gang, Character B (same player) is a member of a rival gang. Character B does not know about the raid, Character A is unable to tell someone else to tell Character B about the raid. Character A may not use Character B's vehicles or assets.

Honestly I have no clue as to why its been asked, only what ive mentioned previously, I haven't used any assets from any other characters apart from stolen vehicles, if you look at my account you may see that one character has nothing what so ever, assets such as houses, vehicles and I think my other character just has a motorbike. I haven't been involved in any form of RP with large gangs or police, I haven't passed any information to anyone else that my first character has experienced so unfortunately I have no idea as to why this is an issue. I would like to please refocus onto the main reason (c2.3) as I feel moving onto G3.5 is irrelevant to my situation. Sorry to sound blunt about this but I am unsure why there is a need to deviate unless there is any form of solid evidence? But thank you anyway
