Reason given for your ban: G3.5, G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe it's just one for G3.5 and G2.9 thing but it was due to me using the PC character money and then I gambled with 150k and got it to 1 mil. My PC character then left it in a shared container where I would use it on Sam.

Why should we unban you ?: Well other than being the no1 armour supplier in the city.

My roleplay on Sam most of the time is usually making a fool of myself and having a laugh, at least when I'm not making armour and always getting myself into trouble because I say too much. I've also been getting into some serious roleplay in the last few weeks and would really like to continue that.

With Daniel, I feel like I've been getting towards some interesting RP with the injustice league and was creating plenty of enemies by dishing out max sentences and playing some games with the crims like Warren. I also believe I might be getting my first case where I get sued so that would be great to experience. Not even including the RP, I could have if my father ever flew into the city.

I knew transferring money to my other character via my shared storage container would get me banned, so it's not like it was an innocent mistake. I get that it was dumb, I should have done better, especially for the amount of time I've been around this city and I'm willing to fix it.

However, I have read that people usually get their character wiped which I would do if just to wipe and delete all other characters except Sam, so there isn't even the possibility of this to reoccur.

Dont really know what else to say but Im sorry as I am just being a lazy twat and not thinking. I genuinely promise that I will learn from this really stupid mistake and stick to making money like I have been and not trying to cheat the system. So as a genuine heartfelt plea, I hope you can allow me to rejoin this community where I actually have made good friends and don't want to miss out on their stories developing too.

I'm confused, you blatantly ignored the rules to transfer a large sum of money, knowing you'd get banned, and are now appealing a few hours after being banned?

I don't get it. If you knew you'd be banned, why are you now here?

 
Firstly, I am here to hold my hands up for the mistake and be honest with what I was doing.

Secondly, I do genuinely regret doing it. Even though you might think I only regret doing it because I got caught it would have ruined the city for me to cheat the system and let all my hard work go to waste when I genuinely felt like I could bring more to the city. I would have lost motivation for my own goals and this whole situation has reminded what I wanted to achieve and the satisfaction I feel taking another step closer towards those goals not just for Sam but Daniel too.

I do feel like I've let myself down in this situation as well as wasted your time when you could be doing more important things.

Finally, I do not want to lose the connections I have made in the city as I feel most people have had a positive experience with me and I feel I have so much to offer the city in terms of big ideas and what I've been grafting towards in any of my career paths as a Senior Park Ranger, Manager at taxi auto centre (even though dead rn), police constable, my own business and G6 recommendations.

Again I can't apologise enough and promise this will definitely not happen again. I appreciate the time have you been spending reviewing my case. 

 
But you've not answered the question - what are you now here, mare hours after being banned despite doing something that you knew would result in this?

 
I'm here to apologise and to admit my error. I hope to be forgiven for a mistake that I will not repeat. So I can then be unbanned and rejoin my friends.

In terms of how quickly I put up an appeal, I do not want to miss even the little things that go on inside the city and be left behind. I realised I would be ruining the server with my actions and wanted to own up to it. I understand that I should have thought of what I would lose before breaking the rules. I tend to be single-minded and go ahead without thinking until I'm corrected. When I have been corrected I never make the same mistake again from the bottom of my heart, I promise that I will never knowingly break or bend the rules again.

Good afternoon Liam, That is a cs smurf I've had for years. Yes, that account has been on rpuk but the person who wanted to look at the city wasn't interested but their loss.

Ban evading during your appeal isn't a great look.

I wish you the best of luck in the future, but you're not being unbanned if you can't even be bothered to adhere to the ban during an appeal.
