Reason given for your ban: G2.3; G2.4

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I've broken two (G2.3 and G2.4) rules - NVL and RP everything;
In a robbery scenario my character didn't value life and after a gunfight chose to combat log

Why should we unban you ?: First off, allow me to start off the post with an apology for breaking the rules, and I am also fully aware that since this is a *permanent* ban, I would have to wait 6 months before I would have to consider submitting an appeal, and would completely understand the appeal being rejected.

I hope it will help my defense stating that my character was not aware that one of the two people approaching us had a gun pointed at us ( I was focused on the man that jumped on the Jeep alongside me ) and they never mentioned it either, that is why I took the decision to fight back.

Although there is no excuse for breaking the -(G2.3) Roleplay Everything- when I decided to combat log and avoid continuing the scenario, I will say that at the time I was thinking rather selfishly, only about the items in my possession and how those could be lost, without for a second thinking about the rules or how I was about the break one of the most important ones.
It's been only a day, but it has been more than enough time for myself to think about how wrong my response was and also realize how much it affects multiple other people which weren't involved in the scenario.
I don't claim to be the best RPer in the server, although I do make an effort to provide quality to the best of my abilities in all situations(not this one hiccup) my character will find himself in.

Thinking forward, should the management decide to offer me a second chance, my promise is to now always think twice before responding to any difficult situation, especially one of which outcome will result my character being at a disadvantage. I will bite the bullet. This has been a wake-up call, and I definitely don't want to miss out ever again for any reason on RPUK's experience.

This is disappointing. 

Mainly because you're not new here. 

You've been here for a decent amount of time, you've setup your character, you've actually invested time into the server and yet you decide to log out to save a few bits and bobs? 

That's something I'll never understand. 

What was it that you had on your person that you cared for so much that you'd throw everything away?

Had a couple sharks since at the time I had started fishing for about half hour, I don't remember the exact amount, as well as one of my most-prized possessions- a tec9 and some ammo for it. For you to understand the bigger picture, this would've been the second time my character would lose a SMG alongside with ammo for it, and how to avoid this potential loss was the only thing on my mind at the time.

How are we suppose to trust that you wont just react like this again if faced with a similar situation?

When a similar situation will arise, it will have to be carried through to the end in the sake of (G2.3) Roleplay Everything; one of the fundamental rules of the server, this has been the last time I would've had a disregard for rules in the interest of personal gain - one of the silliest mistakes one could make, really. 

At the same time, I have no intention to disappoint the community, management, or the friends I've made so far with a slip-up like this one, as by having this time of exile made me realize, what a fool I was. Other people or groups incur greater lossess, be it at a casino or during a gunfight, and they don't log out to protect their chips or their bullets and such; they carry on with the scenario they've created for themselves and that is what makes the server so amazing.

I would like to take this opportunity of public messaging to apologize to the RPUK community as a whole, from the freshest greenhorn and to the oldest veteran, and warn anyone that casually would scroll through- do your best and remember and respect the rules! I definitely had to learn the hard way, and would not look forward to another appeal on a separate occasion.

Additionally, should the management team decide the pardon, I would also make an effort to remind everyone the section of the rulebook they might be breaching or about to, when possible.

It goes without saying that you should be roleplaying everything regardless. Any more slip-ups on this front moving forward would mean a permanent holiday from here so lets not go down that route please.
