Why do you think you were banned: From what I remember I was in the passenger in my mates car and my mate stupidly decided to run over a security guard by the hospital, He then got shot and downed.
As he was downed a group of lads came over and picked him up claiming they would take him to the hospital, They then put him into a car and drove off away from the hospital then I decided to go after them.
when I told them to pull over they refused to so I rammed into them, when both our cars died they got out with knifes and machetes and demanded I get out of the car, I refused because I knew they were gonna stab me and probably leave me where I was so I stayed in the car.
the lads then said I was failing roleplay by not getting out of the car and then not long after that I was banned.
I was also on discord with my mate at the time it happened.
Why should we unban you: I would really like to come back to the server because I really enjoy this server and feel Its one of the best roleplaying experiences I've had.
I take full responsibility for what happened for what lead me to be banned, I feel like I was genuinely trying to help my mate from being kidnapped.
I feel like my actions were very rash and in the heat of the moment, I realise now that I should've complied with them and gotten out of the car as I feel I wasn't roleplaying to the best of my ability, I also shouldn't of been on discord with my mate as I realise now that it really breaks immersion when trying to roleplay.
I would like to apologise to all players and staff that were involved in this incident and for my mates stupid actions, thank you for taking your time to read my appeal once again.

This is your third time attempting to appeal this ban,

The first time you were sarcastic, disrespectful and generally wasting our time.
The second time you stated your friends were playing and you felt left out which isn't a good enough reason to let you return.
This time I've read what you've stated and I just get the feeling you will return to how you were at the time you were banned.


BUT you've been gone a long time (just over a year) so I'll indulge,
everyone deserves the opportunity to grow.

yes I have read the rules and are now well informed of all the rules as before there were some rules that I didn't know about beforehand such as G2.4 so if I were to be giving another chance to join the server, I wouldn't be causing another more problems in the future.

(G2.4) Value of Life At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.
(G3.1) OOC Information Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban. This includes but is not limited to: Twitch Streams, forum information and Steam messages.
(C1.10) Trolling The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense. Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP, talking/playing music in the character selection screen.
I think these rules are in place to keep roleplay a fun and immersive experience, I feel that breaking these rules really ruins other players experiences when playing roleplay and makes the server less enjoyable for everyone when these rules are broken.
I feel everyone should have a fun and enjoyable time when playing on the server and I think these rules are in place so other players who come on the server and aren't interested in roleplaying and simply join servers just to troll other players and staff are not ruining other players experiences.

my character would be called freddy williams, hes a former bartender whos not had much luck finding the dream job he always wanted so he turns to a life of crime to help finance himself he hopes to be able to join a gang to be able to make some quick cash so one day save up for a dream car and house hes always wanted.
He would try to achieve these goals by trying to befriend a gang member and by first doing some low level jobs for them, He would then attempt to join a gang after gaining other members trust and would hope to be able to work his way through the ranks and become a respected member of the gang.
