As per our PEGI policy, bans can only be lifted when we are sure you are 18 or over. Based on the information you provided and when you provided it, you were 17 as of 13/05/2022. This means that your ban can be lifted exactly 1 year after that date.

As I write this the date is 10/05/2023. Unfortunately you will need to wait another 3 days until your ban can be lifted.

I will not be denying the appeal to make you write a new one in 3 days. Instead I will be putting the appeal on hold for 3 days. In that time please read through your appeal for errors. Currently you are claiming you are not 18.

Firstly we'd not ask for your ID Card due to GDPR. 
I also have a question for you, why have you put such low amount of effort into your appeal?
What were you doing on the server prior to being banned? What was the plans for your character(s)?
