In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: well in my own words and I'm being honest it wasn't even me it was someone next to me and he said n-word I'm mixed race , so I'm allowed to say it but i still said to him so what if Ur black I'm black but don't say nword its just a weird word . now the second time i was at the casino now this was me ill be honest but i lost some tokens on blackjack and the blackjack women like the locals i said ohh u fucking chink in anger now a moderator was undercover there and told me i can get banned for that so i totally understood him and apologized as it was out off order and I'm never racist , but to the issue at lifeinvader wasn't even me it was someone next to me so that's totally for me to defend myself situation...

 

Why should we unban you ?: because it wasn't me and that's unacceptable i said u shouldn't be saying nword just cause Ur mixed race even i don't say it. its totally out of order how i got the blame for it . and for today on the 23rd June i haven't even done anything the ban got received like 20 minutes after i woke up all i said to someone is fuck off why you trying to kill me i don't know if he misheard me , but this has really made me angry because i totally have no memories in my brain at all remembering this apparent incident .

i cant remember being homophobic so either they misheard me or i forgot now if i did and there's proof I'm insanely sorry I'm never homophobic to anyone as i know people who are gay it was just purely out off anger if i did do it but i really don't wanna be permanently banned this server is the best ive ever played . Now that combat logging it was like 3:00 AM and plus they was meta gaming because i was twitch streaming and they came to where i was at lifeinvader soo there the one who should get banned aswell ..plus when they ran in and killed me i was shouting cause i had stuff on me so it was really eventful and shit so i just went sleep and came back ill be honest but then they came back upstairs and seen me so i was like fair enough so i just left and didnt come back till the morning but i lost my shit anyway    And i got killed by a cheater anyway who was metagaming by going to the lifeinvader cause i was streaming . Now u cant tell me I'm wrong can you

So not only you have breached the rule of C1.2 multiple times in a short period of time, now  i found there was also a report against you in which you encouraged other people to break rules, besides doing it yourself. Do you think rules dont apply to you that you so carelesly break them ?

alright then please tell me when ive breached c1.2 more then once because this is my first time ive been banned . Plus alright fair enough i shouldnt off told my mate to leave aswell put how can u clearly give me unsuitable answers and not him . , clearly even on the video i do say someoen to do it i admit but do you think im gonna lie there dead when his came into my twitch stream found out where i was and kill me you really think im gonna stay in the game . alright fair enough i should off just dealt with the consequences and reported him after but that's not how it works if people don't wanna be fair to me why should i be fair to them . Ok now if i have said other c1.2 stuff i apologise but how can you have a go at me for being homophobic when im gay myself its really unsettling i normally just say it as a swear word but now you have certainly told me the rules if i ever do get back onto the server ill know thats a breachable offense and bannable . so i wont do it . but ill be honest i was meant to do combat logging cause im not gonna let someone do me over from cheating and what i do cause off it . Like i said even in that video you can hear me in the video say let me end my livestream quickly that was to tell my mate to go to sleep cause they was watching the live but i thought they had left from liveinvader so thats why i said let me end my livestream but for now thanks

Lets address a few things here. You have been banned for C1.2. Lets just address your reasons for this one. You say that you are gay therefore you use this word, which is a bit odd seeing as this is a word used to belittle the gay community, especially when used the way you did. So how do you justify this?

Next, you say that you told your friend to log to reset his timer because someone broke a rule against him? Can you clarify that this is the reason?

well to the top comment i cant really remember what i said so i cant justify it as i cant give you a reason as i dont remember what it was ,and no im not full gay bisexual ,  but either way i know its wrong to say but i dont mean it in a homophobic way as where im from it used as like a swear word as dickhead ... But i honestly cant back up my reason as i cant remeber what i said at the police station ... now as too my mate i didnt intend to do it purposely telling him to cheat i kind off was like you can reset your timer in like  a way incase he didnt know so i didnt do it purposely but aswell i only sa id it cause i was going to do it but it was kind off unfair i did it because , the person who killed me all 4 off them was watching my stream came to lifeinvader and killed me he even said in the building sit the fuck down with ur 1 viewer lol and as im trying to clarify in the last 3 or 2 post you can even hear me in his video say im going to end my livestream quickly that was too tell my mate what i was going to say cause i thought they had gone . but as ill be honest i didnt read that c1.2 rule so if knew about it honestly i wouldnt off said it , im just really dissapointed no other city feels the same to this one now i know it was my consequences but honestly i did it for a reason not the swearing but the combat logging ... appreciate your time to reply and taking time out ur day to read my reply thank you

no sir completely not and yes i do see where you are coming from i just think it was more out of rage because if someone told me to jump off a bridge i wouldn't lol so yh i dont think its acceptable i just think it is really like a thing what does make you angry but honestly now i have been banned and all that i have learnt from my consequences and if i do it again the same thing will happen again so im glad ive been told .. sorry and thanks for putting an effort in to read my replies

Doing something out of rage is not an excuse. I get angry from time to time, sometimes I get angry in game. Never have I ever used any sort of slur as a result of this, nor have I combat logged etc. Why should you be allowed to when no-one else is?

i shouldn't be allowed and that's why I'm where I'm at now but as a punishment this as happened and i agree it should off happened now i know what sort off rules come in line with stuff and you cant get away with anything no shall i do it again,  i understand where you coming from it just got to me to much but instead i knew he was cheating so i should off just took it like a man and then went and written up a report player appeal so yes I'm stupid for having a outburst off rage that's not the way you should deal with it like you said i should of just kept it in but stupid me didn't and now i have certainly learnt from it and i apologize for every-think ive done but im glad its came to this because ive learnt you cant get away with stuff it always leads to worse stuff so yh .. also thanks for being reasonable and taking your time to read my replies .
