Unban Appeal for Bstarky

Reason given for your ban: G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I helped transfer my mates van and he transferred me my money from profile to profile.

Why should we unban you ?: I understand that what we did was against the rules and were aware the action carried a punishment, however did not think it would be permanent. Our belief was that if we were caught was that the item that we had transferred from profile to profile would simply be stripped and be either put on a cooldown or a very strict warning. Clearly, our judgement was wrong. I do apologise and thank you for taking your time to read this.

You intentionally broke the rules on the server to try to get a foot up, and now you want to be unbanned.

Why would we let you back?

 
Because I'm willing to lose all I have to start over, I've realised and understood that what me and my mate did was wrong and just want a second chance. I thought to myself that having a profile sitting around with 100k was pointless and wanted to make it easier for my solicitor character. Clearly I was wrong. To be honest and I just wanted to try and not let something that I'd worked for go to waste.  And now its all happened I've realised what I've done wrong

We're not going to let you back just because you are willing to lose all of your items and start over, that is unfortunately not how this works. 
As Phoenix said, you had intentionally disregarded the server rules for your own benefit in game and are now only willing to start over because you have been caught doing so.

By what you've said, you were prepared to do this under the impression you'd have to start over if caught but it has not gone the way you imagined. 
So as previously asked, why should we let you back into the server?

 
A couple of reasons I suppose, I've understood my mistake, I don't know why I thought it was acceptable to be honest. Whether I'm allowed back in or not, there will be no trouble from me again. And the main reason I think is because this is the only RP server I've been in that hasn't had any of the following: Little kids screaming and ruining it, people breaking character mid-scene etc. Its the best RP server I've actually been a part of. I know it sounds like I'm just trying to sound flattering but its genuine, it's the first RP server I've actually enjoyed and got anywhere in.

Tell us about your character and what they would do. 
What are their goals? Ambitions? Plans?
 

 
I think I'd make my character do what I did with my previous one, I would become a solicitor and stay on the law side of the city, having had a character who spent their life selling drugs and getting arrested. I'd stay in the legal side and hope to be a well known and highly rated solicitor, maybe even a judge one day!

 
We're going to need a little bit more effort, and detail.

 
Okay, well what I said previously still stands but to be honest main objective to live the best life you can live, in the UK at least. Make my money, earn a good reputation, be a well known good solicitor or judge. Only do work when I have to which if I'm doing it right will be more than what anyone actually wants to do. Final goal will be to own the most expensive house on the market and some of the nicest cars in the city and maybe a few projects. Maybe have a little fun with some things that the police would not appreciate. [Obviously without getting caught] My goal is to get the furthest I've ever got in any server and enjoy myself.

Would be nice if and when I'm a well known and decent solicitor to create my own law firm. Or if I get bored of the courts of law side of the city maybe a mechanics shop or maybe even take over a car dealership as cars are my life long passion and its my dream to own a successful dealership and/or car mechanics shop

A wipe has been completed on you, and your other characters deleted (You still have your solicitor character).

Any bans within the next 6 months will be a permanent ban, don't mess up again.
