It's been almost 4 years since I was banned. I've matured a lot more and I want to go back to playing the game.

I didnt try to rush this but it has been so long that I don't remember what I did, Im not even sure if my name was specifically Isaac_White. I remember getting rid of my money and saying that I wasn't going to play again. That was the same time as I was selling my computer so I took a break for a while. I was very 'edgy' and I probably said some politically incorrect stuff.

That sounds about right, keep in mind that I was a very edgy 16 year old and I can assure you that I have very much matured now

Obviously, I had clear intentions to leave the game. I think that if I were the Admin I would ban for 1.6, you could also push for 4.1 as I got someone to take me to an ATM using OOC.
 


- (1.6) The Staff Team may Permanently Ban any member from the servers and community at any time if they are considered disruptive to the community or we have a valid reason to believe they are here to cause issues.
- (4.1) Using out of game information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban, In character forum posts are considered in game information

I would most likely ban for 1.1 as insults are being thrown, however, all of these pretty much fit into 2.7
 
-(1.1) Bullying
- (2.7) Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense. Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP,spamming the vote admin or vote kick system, talking/playing music in the lobby screen, playing soundboards/voice changers ingame and open TS channels
 
 
I know that I have broken a lot of rules, but a long time has passed and I am over the childish mentality.
 
No, it it not at all needed to get myself into all of this trouble and I completely regret the actions that I took. As I said, I was a very edgy 16 year old that thrived for attention. There has been a few major changes in my life now and I want to go back to Altis Life to play with friends and make friends once again. I hope you can give me a chance

Like you say, you were young back then. its been couple years ago. 
The only way for us to know certain you changed is to give you a chance to proof it.
