Why do you think you were banned: Hello Staff team first off i would like to take the time to thank you for reading this.
I spoke to a staff member in TeamSpeak and explained i made an appeal which was more of a i dont know what i have done can you give some details so i can create a proper appeal. I explained this isnt for my appeal at the time to be looked at as i dont wanna break the appeal rules of speeding up the appeal. main reason i asked as due to the lack of what has happened i wanted to know this info so i can write a proper appeal and not waste your Staff teams time. Once knowing the time frame of the offences i asked this staff member if he could delete/deny my old appeal so i can construct a proper and formal appeal to your team.
G2.9 - I am unaware of myself breaking this rule. Only thing i could potentially see as miss direction on this potentially being broken was when i went to kill a character off and tried to create a level of RP to where i was going to fight to the death with money as my bet on this. The RP senario was going to be that id try to claim some turf off a group that was starting up to try push them out. Knowing full well this group would kill me OOC. Due to the character tho he was old and willing to fight and lay money to show he was serious which was to try and relay a bit of a bat crazy old man which within RP is what the main effort for that character always was.
G3.5 - I am whole heartadly confused to how this rule has been broken, I never aim to purposfully have cross character knowledge, i aim to be very cautious around what is said and what said character knows, i.e. my police character does not know who the cursed MC fully are just know of them and its ran by an Ex CID officer. Where as my character i played on within that group knew all this information. All characters i have only know info that they have learned from over hearing convosations and what they have seen/done themselves. I never aim to cross knowledge stuff and i also never use OOC info learned from on character onto another or using OOC info in game.
Why should we unban you: After being told a time frame of the offence comitted this is the best way above to explain what has happened, now for this problems i have caused within the RPUK community i should be held to my actions. However these offences have been caused by pure accident. This server is by far the best server i have come across.
- Reason one: RPUK by far is one of the best RP servers i have played on. Since owning my PC i wanted to get into the world of FIVEM RP servers, i bounced around a fair few servers however this one gained a connection to me. Why i really cant say to why at that time it was just a this server seems easy to learn and have some good fun on.
- Reason Two: Since owning my PC i have been on this server all but, i have spent countless hours and days playing on the server since ive joined whiich now i believe the time has come up to somehinglike 1 year and 3/4 months. I have been comitted to this server to help be one of the people who can aid and provide some high quality RP which this server is widley know for.
-Reason Three: Since joining the server and the time frame ive been here this is my first ever ban or even bad interation with you guys the Staff team, if i have ever been unsure of a rule or knew somehting had to have permission to do i made a discord ticket. This was primarily down to i did not wanna take the chance of being banned from something where i have had some really good times on, and didnt want to step on the toes/ annoy you guys the staff team.
-Reason Four: RPUK has been a big part of my life since owning my pc stating above ive played countless hours on here (wish steam tracked it). However i have used this server to help escape reality. I have used the server to create memories and make some good freinds to where we play other games together. However with making these freinds its helped be my escape to when life and work have just hit hard. As i work away from my family and hardly see them so whats the next best thing hop onto the server to play with a bunch of freinds who become a virtual family.
-Reason Five: The offence comitted i would have done by pure accident as i have no recolation to this and hope that as somone who frears breaking rules i can be given another shot at being correctly on my best behabiour.
Staff i would really like to thank you for taking the time to read this Appeal, please do not take any of this as a please feel pitty for me as that is not what i want, im looking here today to be given a second chance to prove that i made an accident and nothing like this will happen ever again (once ive been fully told of how offences were made). I respect you as a whole team and ive had some good chats with you on discord, teamspeak and made some good RP moments with you guys.
As a Staff team i feel like you guys operate the server to a high standard and help the poeple in need to but also give guidence when given to help people out, so finnallly thank you for spending the time to read this appeal, and i prey and hope you guys will find it within you to educate me on my wrong doings and let me have a second chance.
