Hi guys I cant explain enough how stupid it is of me to be here sat writing this since we shouldn't of broken any rules in the first place (Transferring money) but I'm mainly wanting to appeal the the 1.8 ban since i dont believe i force or encourage anyone to brake any rules we both knew better and I told him that it was a stupid idea and during a moment of desperation he couldn't wait any longer so we stupidly agreed to go along with it we're both to blame here.
Why should we unban you ?: I'd be extremely grateful for a shot to prove that I can roleplay with out braking any rules since with this little time I've had on this server has been a absolute pleasure to have most of the encounters and interactions with the other people playing on your server. The actions that were taken was honestly just a moment of stupidity we both knew better there's no excuse for it ill happily hold my hands up and accept any punishment you guys feel necessary. I'm just asking for a chance to prove to you guys and the community that i am able to roleplay as expected this was honestly just a moment of stupidity and im not saying im not to blame im just asking for a shot to prove that i can roleplay effectively ang create some amazing encounters on your server. I understand that the transferring money can effect the server in extremely negative ways and i cant apologise enough for the ignorant moment that occurred due to my actions and i understand that i deserve a punishment but id like a chance to prove this wont happen again

Hi thank you Phoenix for taking the time to reply to me and id like to apologise for even needing to write this to you
The first rule i broke was g2.9 - i helped a friend transfer money between characters during a moment of pure greed and stupidity with was down right pathetic and greedy which in this case can effect things like upsetting the economy and be unfair to players who dont brake the rules and decided to take the greedy way during desperation. This rule is there to make sure everyone playing on your server does not transfer money and to make sure everyone is all playing fairly without trying to gain a advantage. Which yet again i apologise for helping a friend do it and no such thing would to happen again if i was to be given a chance to show i can roleplay effectively and efficiently
the second one was g2.2 - which was exploiting this one was broken by my friend leaving money in the glove box while i waited in the car which yet again is total not acceptable and just a childish event from both of us the reason this rules is there is to stop people such as me and my friend finding the easier cowards way during desperation and greed and gaining a unfair advantage and to stop people abusing situations such as this one yet again i cant apologise enough for how stupid i acted and i can promise this wont happen again.
Finally the third one was c1.8 - which is encouraging players/friends to brake the rules which is total and utterly pathetic after looking back on my actions i realise how stupid i was and i shouldn't of gone along with it. The rule is there to stop people being a bad influence on other players and to not make other players give in to peer pressure.
So to top it all off I am sorry about my actions and i understand that i deserve punishment but i would be extremely grateful for a chance to prove to you guys and the community that i am able to play without braking any rules and create some fun and exiting roleplay scenarios since time ive played on the server i has been a absolute pleasure

Whilst I understand this statement you did however help someone break G2.9 and in turn break this rule yourself. But I'll look into the C1.8 anyway whilst waiting for your response to the questions below.
So lets go over the why. Why would you break such rules? I assume you read them prior no, If not why?

Yes i read through the rules and stupidly and pathetically still decided to go along with it im not going to lie and deny it ill hold my hands up and admit how childish i was. It was just a moment of pure desperation and having taken the time to look back and think on my actions i regret it and realise how negatively stuff like this can effect the server and i cant apologise enough for how stupid i have been.
As i said above i risked it because it was just a pure idiotic moment of desperation i shouldn't have even thought about helping out with it. Ive taken time to think and look back about the situation and understand that there was no need to do such a thing especially when its clearly stated in the rules. Ive look a long hard look through the rules over and over since ive been banned to prove to you guys the and community that i am better than this. This was a act of complete stupidity and if i am to be ive another chance i will prove to you all that it will never happen again. After taking a long hard look at myself i cant even understand why i agreed in the first place and would like to take this time to publicly apologise to all the staff members and players on this server who read this and say i truly am sorry and i will never be in this situation again.
I dont believe that i have broken this rule before but i will like to state i had a run in with staff a while ago about a situation that happened but the staff were very genuine people who decided to talk to us and sort the situation that happened there on the spot. I got a firm warning and then they decided to let me continue playing and try and build on my roleplay performance.
I have no idea why i risked the wiping/deletion of my characters since i honesty enjoyed the time i had on the server and the hard work and commitment and friendships i made through playing on here as i look back now i just find my actions completely childish and i can assure it would never happen again. I didnt do his for a personal gain i put friendship above rules and its totally not acceptable and i realise what i did was honestly pathetic. If is possible i would like a chance to prove it would never happen again im sorry for my actions.

Indeed you haven't broken this rule before however you have been pulled in the past (Few weeks ago) but you understood then what you did was wrong and it's refreshing to see that you are holding your hands up then and now to what you did wrong.
I did look into your characters to see if you did break this rule (G2.9) prior to being banned and you haven't so that helps overall. Now looking into the C1.8, From looking over your friends appeal there doesn't appear to be you encouraging them to break a rule only assisting to help therefore I will remove the C1.8 rule from the ban however the rest remain.
Now lets say we allow you to return, What's to say you won't simply help your friend again should they attempt to do this or if another player asks you to help?
So while banned ive taken some time to look back on my actions i realise how stupid it was of me to go along with it never mind doing it again ive realised how badly this can effect the server and it was just childish theres no other way of really stating it but just a pathetic moment on my behalf. Also i would like to apologise to the staff members who gave me the chance and i betrayed there trust after they was nothing but extremely fair with me and id be really appreciative to prove not all the staff members i can play without braking the rules . I'd love another chance to be a prove to you guys i can make so really fun scenarios and just make all the interactions players have with me be ones to remember. Me and my friend who also made a appeal have had several talks about it and both agreed were were stupid and that we regret the whole thing and even causing this situation to begin with. I also would like to make it clear i would never so such a thing again since ive taken time to look and and reflect on my actions and realise its unacceptable and taken this time away has proven to me how much i really enjoy playing on your server and will do my best to be a good role model to be a good influence on all the other players who play on your server.

So the money that was transferred was put in a glove box then i picked my friend up he took all the cash and then he purchased a sultan rs classic or something along the line of the sultan branch and no i don't own the vehicle its my friend who owns the vehicle i regret my decision and also my action into agreeing to help and would like to apologise to everyone who puts in the hard work and effort and all the staff team for letting you guys down
Normally bans of this nature receive conditions of a full character wipe and deletion of other characters.
In this case, due to the amount and the vehicle already being removed I'll propose the following unban conditions to you.
Stanly Shufflebottom will receive a money wipe, this includes cash and bank account funds as punishment for breaking such a rule, do you agree to these terms?
I happily agree to these changes and cant thank you enough for this and ill do my best to be a good example on your server, one little thing is there a way to change stanlys name so i can fell like this is a nice fresh start for me?
As per the unban conditions, I have issued a wipe on your character money (Cash & Bank) so when you next log in you will have to begin fresh.
For the name request, you will need to solve this within roleplay if you would like a new name or create another character.
I am willing to give you another chance on the server given this appeal, please do not waste the chance and throw it back in our faces.
Any ban you receive within the next 6 months will be permanent and we will likely not even want to entertain another appeal from you so soon.
