In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Hello guys I got banned a very long time ago so can not really remember the reason I was banned my computer hasn't been able to support GTA 5 very well. I believe my game crashed while I was arrested in the cell. I personally thought that the office could send me to jail since they can do that directly without having to take me there themselves. so I did not try and log back in under the assumption I would be in jail doing time anyway.

Why should we unban you ?: I haven't played GTA 5 RP since i got banned from this server I've been playing on it on and off for years. I had just brought a brand new BMW M4 had an apartment setup with my friend, we used to play on this server but we don't play RP anymore since i have been banned. This is by far the best British server and I've had so many memorable moments from it. I did not realise what happened would get me banned especially permanently I don't think I've been banned before so I was surprised it was Forever . I am sorry for breaking the rules I have upgraded my computer and GTA 5 is running a lot smoother I hope to have no more issues on the server I'm planning to start recording clips and this would be the best sever to share moments this is the only GTA 5 rp server I will play I am very sorry and this or anything like will ever happen again.

You believe your game crashed, has it crashed? Or did you close it off yourself? 
 

so I did not try and log back in under the assumption I would be in jail doing time anyway.

The assumption would be wrong, not only did you log off the game, but you did not try to log back on, or contact the officer/staff to inform them of this happening. 
I'd like for you to quote the rule to me that you broke and explain it to me.

(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

 Combat logging  is when a player logs out of the roleplaying experience and does not return the server this can be an advantage to players as well a message should be posted in the discord for everyone to know what has is happening or why the player has logged out. This rule is implemented in the game so players cant ruin the roleplaying experience for others and is important its not broke.

I am sorry it was around 7 months ago I could be too sure I had been trying to make a account for the forums but it never let me i can see my mistake and want to apologise I thought I would be in jail I understand now why I was wrong and how I broke the rule!

Your game didn't crash. You were arrested, put into a cell whilst The Officer was writing up the necessary report to either -

A: Give you a Fine OR B: Send you to Prison

To which you decided to exit the game deliberately and not return.

How can we trust that you wont exit the game when things don't go your way in the future?

 
Hi @Liam Thank you for your response sorry for not responding sooner have been at work. Like I said the ban was 7 months ago so I cant not be 100%. I couldn't hear any audio in the clip but I do recall asking and saying that I need to leave repeatedly. I haven't really been on any GTA RP since I have been banned. This is something I have never done before and certainly will never do again since it has lost me a place in this server which is the only good British server there is too play (I'm from England) so its nice to be able to play a British server that has so many opportunities and fun experiences that I have played threw out my years on and off of this server. Sorry once again I knew I was getting jail time I wanted to be sent straight there from the jail cell which I knew that the officer could do. Thank you.

 
You still have not quite addressed your statement of your game crashing, when in fact you closed the game. 

Why attempt to lie to us and then change your story to you having mentioned that you needed to leave?

 
The appeal has been Timed out, We are unable to keep ban appeals open indefinitely, You may reopen a new appeal but don’t forget to give our rules a thorough read over again here.
