The above link is to my previous ban appeal. I was banned for committing an RDM and combat logging. I completely understand the reasoning for the ban and its behaviour which is not acceptable as it not only spoils the fun for everyone else but also myself.

Why should we unban you ?:  In my last unban appeal it was made almost straight after the incident. When I read back on it now I was majorly salty and butt hurt at the ban. However, since I have been banned I managed to give myself a break from GTA and started playing other stuff. In this time I have been able to think and reminisce about how much I actually love the whole roleplaying system which the community have built into this game. I want to start playing again and this is without a doubt one of the best servers to play on, no other server quite hits the spot like this one and i just think 1 more chance is not too much to ask for.
I completely understand if you deny my appeal as what i did was was stupid and that cant happen in servers like this. I appreciate you giving this a read and all the best.
To answer the comment on the previous unban I have a family and it was getting on and my little lad needed to go to bed so I was in a bit of a shit situation. This is sort of the reason I missed my last unban appeal and it had to be timed out. I don't tend to get much free time for myself and my friends play this server a lot due to how good it is. Even when i played, it is hands down the best server.
Hopefully we can resolve this and get back playing RP.

As mentioned within your last appeal, Why did you decide to go on an RDM spree prior to combat logging at the hospital?

Have you taken the time to read our server rules? If so can you quote the rules you have been banned for an in your own words explain why you believe we have such rules in place.

 
I can't specifically remember why I committed RDM due to how long ago it was but it makes sense to me that it was out of frustration and anger. 

This is not an excuse or a way of justifying my actions because what I did was wrong and inexcusable. 

G1.2 RDM attacking players without engaging quality role-playing.

C2.3 Combat logging, logging out at any time during RP is exploiting. 

These rules are in place to ensure a fair playing environment is achieved at all times, people break these rules like myself spoil it for a lot of people. 

These rules help to keep the integrity of RP to a standard which we all love and enjoy.

 
So if you are unsure to why you did this how can we trust you won't do the same again should you be given another opportunity? 

Is this the only time you've broken rules whilst playing ? 

 
You should trust me to not do this type of thing again because I have truly learnt my lesson, I have tried other servers and they just don't compare in the slightest. 

It's like the whole scenario of you don't appreciate what you have until it has gone. 

Yes this was literally the first wrong doing I committed and 100% will be the last.

 
What have you learned from this ban ? 

Did you take time to read all of our server rules, GTA and community ones?

If you had the chance to go back and replay this situation, How would it have gone? 

Lets say you are back on the server and you get into a situation where you do have to get off the server however roleplay is still happening, What would you do? 

 
From this ban I've learnt how seriously my actions can effect the enjoyment of other players but also the community as a whole, if people were to get away with the things i did then this server wouldn't be as enjoyable as it is. 

I've also learnt not to get myself into certain RP situations when my time left in the city is short due to IRL commitments. 

Yes I have had a chance to familiarise myself a lot more with these rules and ensure that if I am allowed back into the city then I will do my utmost to abide by them. 

I feel as though if I were to get into this situation again I would try to come to a resolution as quick as possible. However, as previously mentioned I would not get myself into long winded RP situations knowing I have little time left to play. 

 
Part that wasn't answered from the above is the following; If you had the chance to go back and replay this situation, How would it have gone?

We aren't saying not to get into long winder RP in your own words as even the smallest of encounters can turn into a long situation, So they aren't (Time gated). Are you aware of what you can do if you need to come off the server due to something IRL coming up? 

When you are playing is it common you get frustrated or angry to the point it effects roleplay? If so how can we be sure this won't simply happen again?

 
If I could go back and replay this situation I would have held back on my actions rather than acting out of frustration, I would have simply walked away.

If something like that did happen I would try to speak to an admin and see if i am permitted to leave character and do things which I must do IRL. 

Other than this my previous statement stands that I will attempt to ve very time conscious and try avoid RP situations which could lead to being long.

In my 5 months away from the server I have been able to take time away and since my friends all started playing again it makes me feel a bit left out due to the enjoyment they gain from it.

If granted another opportunity to be a member of the community I would do my absolute utmost to ensure my RP is of great quality and be a great member. 

I genuinely miss some of the random encounters and amazing RP you can have and nowhere quite hits that spot. 

 
I'll hold you to your word here. Indeed you can reach out to the staff team/ooc chat to inform others if something IRL has come up over combat logging. 

It's been around 5 months since you received this ban so I'll give you another opportunity to prove yourself, I would highly suggest you take time to read up on the server rules both GTA and Community rules so you are aware of them moving forward. Don't waste this opportunity being provided to yourself as we do hope not to see you back in the appeals section.
