In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because I broke the rule  g3.1 OOC Information - Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban. This includes but is not limited to: Twitch Streams, forum information and Steam messages.which I allowed my friend to pick me up whilst incapacitated after I had shared my screen 

Why should we unban you ?: Hello I do believe you should allow me to have another chance in the city I have re read over all the rules to fully understand everything on what I have missed and I do totally understand that what I did was wrong and I did deservedly get banned I am truly sorry because I really want to be apart of this great community I deeply regret takin liberties in what I did wrong and I can’t say I’m sorry enough I shared my screen in my discord to show what’s happened with me and 1 other cutlas member in the shop at ballers turf which resulted in 1 of my members showin up to the shop to try save me from the situation this was not my intentions for this to happen as I actually moved away from my keyboard to go for a smoke outside because at this point I accepted that I was going to die in that shop but when I came back to my keyboard I noticed someone was in the shop so I immediately shouted to try and get the persons attention and once they came over and spoke and told me it was ali i accepted to be carried im really sorry that this has happened and I can promise you i will never break a rule again and I will prove this to you if you allow me to have another chance I thank you for takin the time to read my appeal yours sincerely Curtis warren

 Hello I do believe you should allow me to have another chance in the city I have re read over all the rules to fully understand everything

You already have had several chances on this server to which you had more than enough time to read over and understand our rules. 
Why has it taken for you to receive another permanent ban on the server for you to then look into reading the rules correctly. 

Your ban history is currently as follows:

09/12/2022 - 1 day ban for not valuing your life
05/01/2023 - Perm ban for transferring items between characters
15/04/2023 - Perm ban for multiple rules being G1.2, G4.4 & G4.5
28/07/2023 - Perm ban which you're now appealing

You have already had a great number of chances to read over our rules and have still completely disregarded them over and over.
I fully believe you knew exactly what you were doing with this screen share over discord, blatantly ignoring our rules yet again, please tell me why I should entertain this appeal because it seems you are a frequent user in this section of the forums.

Thank you danoo for your reply much appreciated. I do get what your saying I really do about reading over the rules in me having enough time but this was genuinely a non intentional meta game I simply shared my screen because I couldn’t believe what just had just happened within that situation and by meaning non intentional I never asked anybody to come and grab me. Don’t get me wrong I explained where it happened ect but I never expected for someone to show up who I new. When I had returned to my computer to see how much time I had left I saw an individual getting dressed in the shop which I immediately shouted for help to maybe be saved from a random person but soon as he spoke and told me it was ali I was in a very bad situation of choice because Ali had actually came to where I got incapacitated I genuinely never asked for anybody to get me I was happy with what happened I’m not the type of person to let things get to me like that where I actually want to cheat and I know this looks very bad because of my previous record but this is the absolute truth and nothing but the truth dano I’ve accepted to his carry and I fully understand I’ve broke the rules by accepting and by Evan tellin my friends where I was but i really don’t want you to think that I’ve gone that way about the situation where I have asked someone  because that is not what i did I didn’t blatantly metagame I shared my screen to where one of my friends tried to save me of their own back which they should’ve just left me to die I shouldn’t of responded I should’ve just bled out but that’s where I will accept liberties in what I’ve done I’m sorry it’s come to this again I honestly don’t want this to be the end for me in this community I’ve met some great people and I feel good to be apart of the community also  I’ve took them rules fully into great consideration danoo and I can’t regret it enough that it has come to a permanent ban again I know I might seem like I’m going around in circles but I’m just asking for 1 more chance to do right and prove my point it will not come to this again I’ve been tryin so much to do everything right with in the rules of the server since my last ban I’ve joined a whitlisted gang so I’ve been trying to be the best role player I can and not get caught up in the mud again. I want my journey to to continue in the community Evan if it’s my last chance thank you for reading my reply yours sincerely Curtis warren

Good afternoon @BLFPHEONIX! I hope all is well

You have appealed 3 days after receiving your ban, personally I do not believe this is enough time for you to have changed your mentality so rapidly.

In your previous ban appeal, you were told that it would not be so easy to get yourself unbanned next time.

I am willing to give you another chance on the server to prove yourself, however any rulebreaks within the next 6 months will lead you right back here and you won’t find it so easy to be unbanned next time

3 months later and we are back in the unban appeals section again... Now as harsh as this may seem, I believe a cooldown will give you enough time to read over and fully understand our rules since we're not going to keep entertaining appeal after appeal on the forums.
