In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I transferred cocaine and money between my own characters, power gaming.

Why should we unban you ?: I believe I should be unbanned as I understand and am sorry for my stupid mistake, I was looking for quick money and power gamed because of it. I understand now that my actions have consequences and that my actions violated the guidelines in a way that gave me an advantage above all others. I regret my actions and affect that it has had on everyone and the servers integrity. I now understand the importance of keeping a fair gameplay environment. I have taken the time to read the servers guidelines and am now truly aware of the consequences. I promise to follow the guidelines if you were to let me back into the server. During my time in the 79.8 hours over 1-2 weeks in the server I had made meaningful connections with others and have participated in community events. I have always tried to help out new people to the city and get them a good start within the city. Being banned has made me realise how much I value these interactions with others. I assure you I have learned from this experience and will actively contribute to maintaining a fair and enjoyable gameplay environment. I am sorry for any inconvenience I have caused and appreciate your time and consideration into reviewing my appeal.

Was it really worth a perm ban, character deletions and wipes for £36,000 and 10 cocaine?

It was absolutely not worth trading 36k and 10 cocaine to have a permanent ban. I honestly did it because I thought I could get away with it and that sums up the stupidity of the mistake. It was early in the day and nobody was in the city, so I thought to earn some quick money as I was really tired of grinding every day in a taxi and being so close to getting into a new business of robbing banks etc. I would do anything to get myself unbanned, its worth an infinite ammount more than what I gave it up for, I fully expect my characters to be reset as that is the least I expect. I never look for shortcuts usually and always pride myself on good roleplay, it was a real low for me and I can only apologise and promise it will never happen again.

These types of bans come with the following, should you accept:

• Complete wipe of a character of your choice ( Vehicles, houses, inventory etc..) | Which character do you wish to keep?
  
• Deletion of all other characters

Before I go forward and request a wipe for you, in the future, how will you make money? 
Will you go about it the right way (if so which way?) 
Or would you try to min-max your way through the "easy" "victory"? 

Also in your next reply please quote the rules you broke and explain them in your own words why we have them in the server.

I have broken G2.9 which is "Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method." And in my opinion I have also broken G3.5 which is "Character Separation - Using information you have gained through the play of other characters to influence the course of roleplay, either directly or passing this information to a 3rd party to tell your character. Example: Character A is a cop that knows a raid is about to happen on a gang, Character B (same player) is a member of a rival gang. Character B does not know about the raid, Character A is unable to tell someone else to tell Character B about the raid. Character A may not use Character B's vehicles or assets." Transferring money between characters is an unfair advantage to other players and it is a rule to keep the server environment a fair place for all. Using the knowledge of another character to drop the cocaine and money in the same spot is breaking the G3.5 rule as well, this is of course a rule to stop meta gaming and using information that their character should not posses uses. This as well keeps the game play environment fair for everyone. I regret my decisions to break these rules and am sincerely sorry.

Going forward I will continue to drive taxi's and sell cocaine as I will still posses the knowledge that my character remembers. I like both methods because of the opportunities with good rp in both and however I feel the taxi service makes for money I would prominently do more cocaine selling as there is more chance of having rp with other players rather than staying quite isolated constantly driving around. In my opinion I think we see to many taxi's whizzing around the city causing crashes and overall just GTA driving. I would also be grinding back to getting to a point I was so nearly at last time to attempt a bank robbery with my crew. It was something we had planned for a long time and we were so close to getting there. And even if I were to drive taxi's I am so bored of grinding it out I would much rather just hang around pillpox and give people rides instead to have more rp interactions that people chucking locals out of cars left right and center.

I like your examples, character A) wouldn't know where character B) dropped their stuff, same as character C) wouldn't know character D) is investigating their gang for example as you mentioned. | Not only is it unfair, but damaging to the economy and player experience as a whole. 

Considering this is your first ban (sadly, one of the more serious reasons for), I am willing to give you a second chance. 
Obviously a permanent ban and full account wipe is not worth the 36k and 10 cocaine you transferred and I believe you realized it was not worth it for multitude of reasons, I do hope we've learned our lesson and we will not see each other on the forums again! 

We will be keeping an eye on your roleplay and I hope you can roleplay to the highest of quality to prove to us, that this was just a one off thing. 
Please, please, do NOT drop your standards and return to the min-maxing attitude as it was the one that got you in the trouble in the first place.
