Hello Staff, I hope all is well.
RVDM -
Its been a while since my last appeal and i've really thought through the rule break that I committed in this situation. My leader (the leader of the chippieones Kieffer) was being robbed by 2 people at the time. While I was in my friends car waiting for anything to spark, not long after the people started robbing kieffer this had started an on-going situation of robbing him, at this time I thought it would've been okay to use my friends car to protect kieffer from being harmed from these 2 robbers. I used the car to kill and or harm the robbers in this situation, My full thought process behind this move was that because they had started on kieffer it was okay for me then to use my friends car as protection. Now at the time I was unaware of not knowing a car can not be used in that sort of way to defend someone in any on-going situations. Watching the clip that was provided in the report against me has made me now realise how wrong of me it was to do that in the first place as it didn't even give the 2 robbers a chance to at least being successful during the situation. I do regret making these choices as a see it in a way that I ruined a good RP scenario. I do apologise for making these choices and I promise I wont do them again.
Exploiting -
This is also something I committed during this on-going scenario with these 2 robbers, Now After killing them me and one of my buddy's transport one of them to the pier near the chippieone turf. My full thought process was that I was then going to dump this robber in the water so that there would no traces of us killing them. only one of them was then moved over to the pier by using my friends car's boot. once we drop him off at the pier me and my buddy are trying to get a word out of him but nothing was spoken. to then continue this RP scenario I proceed to request picking up this robber that we have brought onto the pier, during this my request had been denied multiple times leaving me with no other option then using my friends car. I do now see that there could've been other ways of me dealing with this situation rather than using my friends car. And I'd also like to apologise for not using those other methods and instead using my friends car. I can guarantee that if I was to come back I'd most definitely think over any actions that am about to make to increase the length of the on-going scenario other than instantly doing the first thing coming to mind.
Once again I'd like to say sorry for breaking these rules and I'd like to say that these rules will never be broken again.
