In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: On 23/09/23, I encountered an unexpected issue while playing a game and participating in an interaction with the police within your Discord server. Specifically, my game was experiencing severe graphical glitches and was ultimately unplayable due to this issue. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I made several adjustments to my graphics settings, which, unfortunately, resulted in a complete game crash.
During this time, I promptly reached out to the community in the Discord chat to report the issue and seek assistance. I stated that my game had crashed during the police interaction and explained the difficulties I was facing. Regrettably, no response was received from any member or moderator at that time, leaving me without guidance or support to address the problem.
I would like to emphasize that this incident was an isolated event and not representative of my typical behaviour within the server. I have been an active and respectful member of the community for [duration] and have not previously encountered any issues or violations of server rules.
Why should we unban you ?: I had to reset the server twice prior to this interaction, I was driving in the hills with a friend and none of the map was loading up, I lowered my graphics and the game closed down, I loaded back in and someone was trying to talk to me saying my friend had mugged someone, I still couldn't see anything around me or who was talking to me, I had to reload the game again, and I could see everything but no one was around me. I carried on with my mechanic work at the hospital, and the person who was speaking to me before was there and started saying I mugged his friend etc, the police came and asked me to step out of the vehicle, which I did, there I lost sound and map visuals again and the game crashed. During this time, I promptly reached out to the community in the Discord chat to report the issue and seek assistance. I stated that my game had crashed during the police interaction and explained the difficulties I was facing. Regrettably, no response was received from any member or moderator at that time, leaving me without guidance or support to address the problem.
I would like to emphasize that this incident was an isolated event and not representative of my typical behaviour within the server.
