In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned due to transferring my friend the cash I had earned while playing on 1 character (Joey Limpton) for a few hours to then make another character (Ben Green) due to incorrectly creating my 1st character the first time.

Why should we unban you ?: I think I should be unbanned because this was my first offence. It was also my first time trying to really get into GTA RP as I've never done it before, I now understand and should have understood that this was against the rules and I do really apologise for my offence. My friend (Sonny Lang) did not realise that I had made another character and was just holding the money for me as I asked him to do so, he agreed to help me out without realising it was for a different character. He was previously helping me throughout the day finding a new job etc due to being new to the city.

Yes I read through the rules and completely understood all of them.

I made a mistake making my first character and was not happy with how I created him.

I met Sonny in the city and asked him to help me with holding my money and said I'll be back in the city at some point to get it off him.

I understand I made a mistake by disregarding rule G2.9 and I apologise for my actions.

I was really enjoying my time that I had in the city and am gutted that I made such a stupid mistake.

Is this going to be a frequent thing that you "make a mistake" and break serious server rules?
If you weren't to be caught, this could be breaking the servers economy just because you're deciding to gain an advantage by transferring money across accounts. 

If you did read through the rules and completely understand them then I don't believe you'd have carried this out.

Absolutely not, like I said I created a new character as I wasn't happy with how I created the first one. So I had sonny hold the money in had earned while working on my first character to then transfer over to my new character.

I read through the rules and as I've said before, made the mistake. 

I believe sonny should never have been banned in the first place as he had no idea I was on 2 different characters. 

G2.9 clearly says, transferring of items and money between OWN characters.

It wasn't 30K starting money though was it? You had transferred 79K between characters and purposely disregarded the server rules.

I said it COULD be breaking the servers economy, granted I have no idea how much further you had intended to go with this hence saying could.
It clearly has helped you gain an advantage though, hasn't it? You've gained an extra 30K from a character which was given to you upon joining, then transferred it to another character which never would've had it hence gaining an advantage. 

I believe sonny should never have been banned in the first place as he had no idea I was on 2 different characters.

Yes it was 30k, the other 49k was money I had earned on my first character doing work in the city. You spawn in the city on a new character with 30k, correct? 

I wasn't intending to transfer anymore, like I said I created my first character that I wasn't happy with. 

I don't believe I gained an advantage at all by transfering 30k over. It takes about 20 mins to earn that do a basic job. Taxi or mechanic. 

I started a second character and went about my ways in the city. Working and earning new skills just like everyone else had to when they first started in the city.

Then I don't understand how this appeal can proceed. If you don't see that your character suddenly getting a £30k boost on top of their £35k starting money is an advantage, and a leg-up to that character as well as breaking the character growth rule, then I don't know what to say. You either choose to learn the rules, or don't.

I throughly read the rules and understood them. 

I've said in multiple previous posts that I've made a mistake and that's it.

Yes I understand them but I don't believe 30k is gaining an advantage. Just peanuts really isn't it. 

Not sure where you want me to go with this. I've said I understand that I made a mistake multiple times.

In one message you're telling us you understand the rules, in another message you don't understand how you gained an advantage because it's just "peanuts".
You still broke the rule and clearly still don't understand the gravity of it.
