Reason given for your ban: underage

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for taking part in the sever as a 17 year old. I admitted I was 17 instead of lying about being 18 in return I got banned in which the banning admins told me to appeal once I turn 18.

Why should we unban you ?: Personally, I think I should be unbanned because at the time of my ban I was 17 years old which does not meet the requirements to play the sever although I could of lied about my age to the admins who dealt with me but I stayed compliant and told the truth, while writing this unban appeal its currently my 18th birthday (15/07/2022) therefore I officially meet the requirements of the sever. Furthermore, me telling the truth about my age and not lying about it I personally think I do deserve a second chance as I generally made a mistake in playing the sever underage and should have waited a little longer to become above age to play. I’m truly sorry I lied about my age and I really hope you do take this ban appeal into serious consideration thank you for your time.

And that is meant to mean what exactly? Sorry, but you won´t be getting cookies here for behaving in a normal way. Telling the truth is something that should be done regardless and it does in no way cancel out the fact that you have been playing here for about a month, knowingly breaking the rules. 

Now, let´s talk about your conduct within that month...

Kicks/Warnings
- Spamming OOC 
- Loitering/Trolling x2
- Taking part in money transfers between characters

Bans:
- VDM and not acting injured
- Trolling and Loitering
- PEGI and Loitering

I believe staff have been very lenient with you so far. But looking at these things as a whole, it does not scream adult to me. Why is that?

yes I have made mistakes in the past although that was when first began roleplaying in my early stages. Recently I have not been kicked or banned and have learned from my mistakes and yes the staff have been very lenient and I respect that but I think I deserve a second change to show full potential.

And it just got 3 days longer, since you decided to bump. Unban appeals are the lowest priority and are dealt with when they are dealt with.

Right, let´s try this again. 

To be quite frank, your behaviour and general attitude screams underage. Plus, you knew very well that you were not allowed to play here. When confronted by staff about your constant loitering around MRPD with both of your characters, you started arguing and debating. Don´t you think if staff pulls you aside for a chat that there might be a reason for it? 

And then just now... Being impatient and not following the unban rules. Please tell me... How are we, with all this in mind, meant to trust that you are now indeed 18 years of age?

quite frankly I am a impatient person sometimes and the reason I was so impatient was because I was always checking if I had a reply because I want to be unbanned. Also you cant really trust I'm 18 other than me saying I 18 which I am. Furthermore staff have kicked me for loitering before in which some cases I was not and was looking for a officer to speak to

So after taking into account the amount of rulebreaks/warnings you have already had i am making the decision that i will not be unbanning you anytime soon. 

I think that your consistent trolling spreading over multiple days is just something that is not good for the server and not good for the other players on the other side of the computer when you are trolling police everyday for multiple days. Age aside, i still do not think you positively impact roleplay on this server.

Feel free to appeal again after 3 months from 1/11/22

In that appeal explain how you plan to move forward with better roleplay and not continue the same thing you have been doing since playing.
