In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I have recently changed internet due to moving house, my connection has been up and down for multiple weeks. I don't remember combat logging, but if i have then its most definitely the internet issue.
I am sorry if this has caused any upset to anyone.

Why should we unban you ?: I understand why I have possibly been banned, so therefore believe i should be unbanned as this was not an intentional action.
This city has been a mad experience which I have been enjoying so so much.
I really hope this issue can be resolved and i can re enter.

In addition to this - I have noticed a lot of people trying to use a similar excuse/reason as me.. 

due to this I am willing to provide proof of moving house / internet bill, to prove the dates and times are correct, and my innocence.

hope to hear back soon.

I have lost connection multiple times on the server due to this issue - hopefully you can see my previous logging in and out with timestamps which will show i have a history of problems.

At the moment I am going with this just because I do not remember combat logging, I have experienced connection problems recently so assumed it may be related. 

Could I be reminded of the situation in which got me banned?

Alright, as George has said we can see exactly how you "left" the game and you are not being honest with us. I do not believe your story about bad internet.

I will give you one final chance to come clean and be fully honest with us. Fight with G6 should jog your memory.

@Nuclear okay thank you for reminding me of the situation.  I do remember this situation - I was in the wrong and should have not of left, this was not done to avoid losing items/being arrested, this was done out of panic. 
 
I understand this is not tolerated and is against the rules.. but I can assure you this will not happen again nor any other rules being broke.  I understand I am no loss to the server, but really hope I can be given a second chance to redeem myself and continue to have fun.

Why did you panic, what was the reason for it, talk to me about that. How would you react differently if you get unbanned from this situation and happen to encounter something intense again will you combat log again?

I hope you are aware if this unban appeal is sucessfull your loadout and everything you had on your person will be wiped as you would have lost the stuff anyways if you stayed in that RP scenario which is why I believe you combat logged to save it.

@Nuclear I panicked due to a slight bit of anxiety not understanding the situation properly.. I do know the rules and this was a very stupid mistake.  I would react differently by letting what is going to happen, happen as this is part of the role play.

I understand everything will be wiped which is a very fair thing to do. I really hope this can be successful, and is my last negative interaction as I really am enjoying this server.

@George Harris yes, the rule in which I broke is (C2.3) - Combat Logging, logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban.

This rule is in place to stop people disconnecting in serious situations and keeping there items.. where they should be taken away depending on what is happening. The punishment for this seems very fair and combat logging takes away that legit roleplay feeling.  I am deeply sorry again that I made the decision to do so.
