Why should we unban you: hi, I am submitting this ban appeal because I am very sincerely sorry for the slurs I used against other players, I am very aware what I said could be hurtful and is a word I should NOT be using whilst in the city! I just want to make it very known but netherless is an exuse in any way, it was the heat of the moment words that I said as I felt upset at that given moment. I am aware I should NOT under ANY circumstances use SLURS even if I feel a certain type of way, I am owning up to my actions and realise I will have made the experience very poor to the player in the situation. I will make SURE I will never use any of them kind of words again, I plan to make my and other peoples experience as good and as friendly as I possibly can. I am deeply ashamed by my actions and I feel very very guilty. I am a kind person and again very sorry and regretful of using any bad slurs / words to anybody else. Since being in the city I am a newbie and my experience has been fantastic, I am very new to this and this was my first city, I have enjoyed every minute whilst being here. If there is any way I can apologise even more to the people I hurt or upset I wish I could. Just to reiterate I am so sorry for coming across like a bad and hurtful person, I am neither of those as stated it was heat of the moment which will NOT happen again, I have continued to view the rules again and again to make SURE I will not make the same mistake! Please try to accept my deepest apologies, and hopefully I will be able to experience the wonderful city again. SORRY!!
