In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: a guy i knew was being rude after i was arrested with him, that kid had no clue how to play rp and was none of my responsibility, he was being rude and i agree with his ban, on the other hand i do not agree with my ban as the admin literally came over to me and started trying to pressure me lol asking if i want to be perma banned for no reason i did nothing wrong i was simply role playing and the police officers could confirm, after the admin was just talking random nonsense to me for no reason after i did nothing wrong anyway. he disappeared and out of role play i said douchebag just one word. and i got banned for C1.2 which makes no sense as i did not use any derogatory or racist words ????

Why should we unban you ?: i did nothing wrong, first proper day on the server. the admin was just upset in my opinion and had to take it out on someone else, for no reason i had consequences because of another player, I DID NOTHING WRONG I WAS JUST PLAYING IF THE ADMIN DIDNT EVEN COME TO ME EVERYTHING WOULD BE FINE, HE CAME TO ME FOR NO REASON AND STARTED ARGUING AND ASKING STUPID QUESTIONS WHILE I WAS JUST TRYING TO PLAY ?????

the other player was saying words such as Fa**ot and re**rd multiple times and got banned after ages and i got banned straight away after saying douchebag to the police oficers in role play ?

So when you were confronted by a member of our staff team you were claiming you didn't know who you now admit is your friend?

Why lie to our staff member?

Whether you agree with your ban or not is irrelevant, you're banned now, it's happened and it will remain in place unless you convince us you're a positive contribution to our server, not negative.

i dont persoanlly know the guy or anything and i wasnt talking to him at the time ? i wasnt even aware the other guy was an admin untill i asked, i just found this server after coming back to fivem after months, also i did not mention he was my friend any where i knew him of other fivem servers and he decided to come on this with me. at the time i had no external communication i was simply following him on the server ( we were planning to play this together when we both had time) also why does it matter if he is someone i know or not .... if a  group of players are playing normally and one of them acts up and the others remain normal would the whole group of players get punished ?

yet according to my ban notes on you, our staff member questioned you on whether you were in external comms with this fella and you laughed and confirmed it?

Lying to me is going to get you nowhere. 

Go away, consider whether you want to return to our server or not and if you decide you do and you wish to be a positive member of our community open another appeal and be honest with us. 

If you wish to open another appeal it has to be done on or after 21/01/2022
