In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Hello RPUK staff it’s been a decently long time since i have last played on the server, i’m here to appeal about how i’ve been banned for Ban evading, currently i have 2 bans which are for ban evading and this is because i evaded my bans C2.2 and G2.9 a really long time ago, recently i talked to staff about having a clean slate within a ticket and also coming forward to ban evading which i am doing now as my character Darren Bill was starting to join Whitelisted gangs and i did not want the feeling of cheating my way inside the server as i felt guilty and it always felt like i could be banned at any point if staff caught on, i didn’t want to risk that so i opened a ticket in which staff told me that instead i could appeal for the ban i evaded which was C2.2 and G2.9 that will be explained below. I have the read the rules many times but when i first started the server i did not and i regret it to this day as it would’ve kept me from having many wholesome rp experiences and i should of read the rules thoroughly from the beginning to stop the ban of C2.2 and G2.9 .
(C2.2) Exploiting - Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls and windows or bypassing intended animations. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not get abused in the future.
The rule C2.2 is in order to maintain a serious role play throughout the server and making sure that everything is fair for all players and no one has anything they shouldn’t of received, mainly the reason is to keep the server a serious fair place for people that are new. The reason this is one of the bans placed on me is because the way of transferring the money was on exploit, placing the money in a box and picking it up on a different character. This was a very bad idea and i didn’t realise how stupid it was.
(G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.
The ban G2.9 is in place because you can’t actually transfer money between different characters so that people do not abuse the starting money you have and take advantage by transferring it all onto one character and making it easier for themselves, this is also mainly set so people can have a equal start to the server in their new character (or first character), rules like this also keep characters separated if the character is developed for example if one of your characters are miners and have good level of mining then transferring the ores and smelted materials onto a different character would make it unfair as it is not the character the ores that are being transferred onto that had the level.

Why should we unban you ?: I believe you should unban me because even though i was sadly ban evading i was doing my best to provide quality role play while being in the server, i even got to become a whitelisted gang (Grove Street) hangabout and i was always a good person to be around i would always act my wounds and display my emotions throughout the server and display my character Darren Bill how it was meant to be, i’m really sorry staff for ban evading i am i hope you guys do give me another chance back into the server.
