In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I got banned for exploiting, Putting up hands whilst drug dealing.

Why should we unban you ?: I was banned 2021-09-01 and it's been 9 months and I haven't found a server as good as this one. I regret getting banned and doing the exploit, I just want to get back into RP on a sever I use to play and that I know is good. I honestly regret what I did. I honestly just want to RP.

Not to much for us to go off with the appeal is there, I'll give you another chance to explain why should we unban you.

I exploited the game by putting my hand up during drug deals to make fast money and it was a stupid thing to do, I’ve learned from that and that’s something I know not to do, I made a mistake myself by doing the exploit and I shouldn’t have done it, I regret doing it, I just want to put that behind me and play correctly by following the rules, It was stupid of me and I’ve learnt from my mistake, I know I was in the wrong for it and I just want another chance to show that I can play by the rules.

Whilst it's understandable you would like to put this behind you, How can we be sure this wouldn't happen again moving forward?

You was told in ooc chat to stop doing this yet you carried on, Why was this?

It won’t happen again because that’s not me, It’s been approximately 9 months, I wouldn’t try and get myself unbanned to just get re-banned, I have been trying to find a recording from that day, I had mic audio / internet problems I couldn’t really understand anyone who was talking to me, I remember being approached by someone but I couldn’t fully understand him, I’ve tried finding the video to back that up but I haven’t had luck, 

I don’t know how to prove it won’t happen, I know my actions on the server will be watched and I know and accept what I did wrong, I shouldn’t of done it and It won’t happen again.

If you we're having audio issues why didn't you take the time to address this? You would be required to have a working microphone whilst connected to the server.

I work 50-60 hours a week, Which is also why it takes a while for me to reply on here, I thought the issues would past but they didn’t, They have no been corrected and all works fine, Honestly I made a mistake I just want something to do in my free time, It won’t happen again I’ve learnt from my mistakes, I’m really trying to show how I can be in a sense a better “player” in game I just want to play a game and have a good time I’m really sorry.

C2.2 Exploiting - When during a drug deal I could press X and Speed up the process, You have the rule there to make the game more realistic and to keep the economy as it’s speeding up cash generation via dealing drugs.

I'm willing to give you another opportunity within the community as yes this did happen nearly a year ago and you do seem to have an understanding of our rules.  If you are having audio issues moving forward I'd suggest taking the time to address this as mentioned above you do need a working microphone to play within our community, However with that being said I hope you don't let us down with the opportunity being offered and hope not to see you back in this section moving forth.
