In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned due to breaking the rules by combat logging and acting immature from doing so. I have on purpose disconnected from a game when confronted and did not role play my way out of the scenario. What i did was stupid as i have ruined the experience for others in the server by not following this rule.

Why should we unban you ?: I have had a month away from the server and realised how much it meant to me and fun i had while playing, ive made some good contacts in game and due to an immature act on my behalf i have ruined it for myself. I have re read the rules and will make sure all are followed as i would not like to be in this position again. I also feel like i owe something to the server for my immature act and would like to provide all players i meet with exceptional role play experience. Im sorry again for breaking this rule and wasting admin time.

So in your last appeal you mentioned this was a "mistake" However if this was the case, Wouldn't you attempt to resolve the "Mistake"? Why wasn't this done? 

Why did you combat log from the situation?, Since you haven't mentioned anything surrounding this than it being a mistake.

Hi Stuart, Thanks for taking the time looking into my appeal. Im not going to lie and tell you that it was an accidental mistake rather it was a  foolish action on my part. 

I have combat logged from the scenario due to a heated confrontation, i know this was the wrong action on my part and it ruins the game play not just for myself but everyone else involved on the server, i dont usually act in that way as i enjoy letting scenarios play out and have that realism however this wasnt the case in this incident and i let my emotions get the better of me. 

I dont usually let my emotions take over in a game but this is the  first Fivem gta server i have played on and my first ever role playing gaming experience, since my time away i have played on other servers and have learnt how to be a better player and contribute to the wider community. 

I understand your trust is no longer there for me however if i was given another chance i would take the time to familiarise myself with all rules to make sure im not in this position again.

Whilst i appreciate the honesty here. People always tend to do this, they play elsewhere and realise the grass is not always greener on the other side. 

The rules are something you agree to have read when you play our server and it is up to you to follow them. So, can you quote me the rule you broke from the rules page and explain why we have that rule in place please.

Hi Charles, 

The rule i broke is (C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained.

The reason you have this rule in place is to ensure a high-quality role play experience and for it to be as realistic as possible.

By breaking this rule, I take away that experience and game play for everybody else involved in the community. I promise if I was allowed back into this community, I would carry out high quality role play whether it was good/bad or a win/lose situation.

As Charles mentioned your honesty is very much appreciated. Now you've mentioned that you let your emotions get the better of you, How can we be sure this wouldn't simply happen again? Is this the only time you've let your emotions get the better of you?

Hi Stuart 

No this isnt the only time its happened, in total its happened twice in the space of 24 hours, i guess you can put it down to i was having a bad day but that should not effect other peoples experience of the server. I know your trust isnt there for me to make sure this wont happen again but hand on heart ive learned my lesson especially after being away for over a month. if i was given another chance i would never want to be in this situation again and realised how much my foolish act has cost me to be banned from a community i was having so much fun with.

Due to how you've conducted yourself and giving that you have been honest and forth coming with what happened, I'm happy to offer you another chance to return to the community. Owning up to your mistakes is a good step however knowing that you shouldn't of done it is a step in the right direction. 

I'd take this experience with you moving forth since if you do end up banned within the 6 month period you will of course end up back here, However I believe you will follow the rules moving forth so I hope you don't let me down. Before rejoining be sure you are aware of all the other rules we have both GTA and Community ones.
