In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.:
Logging out after being knocked out

The player who knocked me out refused to value their life and RP with me. They ran at me with a baseball bat while I shouted for them to stop or I'd shoot and to put their hands up. I had ample opportunity to shoot them but did not because I wanted the RP. They simply wanted to get my gun and my friend's gun who they'd already knocked out and knew if I shot them their crew was on the way and would kill me, revive them and they'd end up with the guns regardless. Massive fail RP as far as I'm concerned.

Why should we unban you ?: I understand I shouldn't have broken a rule just because I perceived a rule being broken against me. I should have documented the situation and made a report. This is definitely how I will handle things moving forward and I can only apologise for acting emotionally at the time. I understand two wrongs don't make a right and ultimately it only compromises the integrity of the server and the RP. If I am unbanned it won't happen again.

I was triggered and let my emotions get the best of me. Once I'd calmed down and thought about things from a calmer headspace I realised my mistake. As this is something I've consciously processed it won't be a mistake I repeat regardless of emotions.

Apologies for my part in the whole thing, feel a bit stupid now tbh xD

You've stated that you logged out at the time due to frustration, this to me displays a win/loss mentality which is not what we want here. 
We're looking for players who can embrace and enjoy any given roleplay scenario, rather than disconnecting because they've lost and it's not gone their way.

Would you say you often act out of frustration? 
How can you ensure that you won't repeat this?

I feel like I've covered this already.

It wasn't the fact I'd "lost", it was the fact someone had forced me to "lose" by circumventing the rules and avoiding RPing with me. I should have recorded the situation, reported it, and let you guys handle it. In the heat of the moment, however, I tried to fight fire with fire, which was MY mistake.

I understand now with hindsight and time to reflect, that this isn't the way to behave as this mentality compromises the integrity of the RP on a much broader scale, although I'd like to reiterate if the situation was an interaction that adhered to the rules of the server I would never have been triggered by a "loss" and thought to combat log. So not so much a win/lose mentality more of an existential social justice/injustice one, KEK. However, I understand regardless, my response to the situation was my mistake. It's not up to me to decide who has and hasn't breached the rules of the server, that's down to you guys, so from now on I will record and report.

This won't happen again because I now have a lived experience of the process and have gained a wider understanding of its ramifications beyond simply reading the rules.

I was thinking of going for something a little different this time.

Picture this: A midlands accented chav slash wanna-be gangster who loiters around Pillbox for the majority of his time causing a nuisance and asking every new person he sees if they are in a gang, and if he can join said gang. Let's call him Tyrone. Now given the unlikelihood of this going the way Tyrone hopes, he will spend the rest of his time obstructing law officials in areas he's not supposed to be in, stealing other people's cars for no reason at all, and committing various VDM and RDM acts for the simple fact that he feels like it. I mean this is GTA after all.

When confronted by the authorities/admins he will respond in single-word, sometimes syllable responses, making the third party REALLY work for their RP. Then when some momentum is established Tyrone will temporarily turn mute as either A) His mum is screaming at him from the living room that his Findus Crispy Pancakes are so cold they've turned crispier than intended, or B) His dealer has shown up at his door demanding the £5 back for that rocky joint he laid him on 3 weeks ago. 

Or maybe not, I'm sure I've seen a lot of these types of characters before. KEKITY

In all seriousness, I intended to return as Alex. When I first joined the city I focused predominantly on running a Taxi business with a strong leaning towards private taxi fares. I really enjoyed all the different RP situations that came with it, met tons of people in the city and forged quite a large network of friends ( and enemies). Even getting robbed was fun 9 times out of ten as people could be quite creative with it. I sold my taxi when prices were sky high and after that taxi driving didn't feel as fun/personal for me. I've heard through the grapevine you can buy Taxis again at a reasonable price so was looking to rekindle the magic that first got me hooked on your server. For me the two most fun things in GTARP are the roleplay and driving around the map. I'd love a chance to be able to experience that again.

I did not expect as much detail behind this, it does indeed go a long way!
Your last ban on record was 2021, your answers behind this appeal do fill me with confidence thus I am willing to give you another chance here.
