Why do you think you were banned: To be perfectly honest, it was in June last year and I can’t particularly remember. However, I did read the rules and the reason why I got banned was due to combat logging. I don’t remember the exact situation but I think at the time It was when I didn’t have home broadband and I was using my phone as a hostpot for internet. By all means this should not be used as an excuse because I should know the consequences not playing with a stable internet connection. Again, I don’t exactly remember the details so I can’t elaborate further and try to explain the situation to the best of my abilities. (now that I think about it, I signed up to my broadband in August so the hotspot might have something to do with it) I’ve recently came back to fivem and some of my friends which have got fivem for the first time wanted to play a roleplay server so I suggested this one due to it being on one of my chat histories with a friend from last year. When I tried to connect I was met with the banned message and now here we are. Thanks for taking the time to read my appeal!
Why should we unban you: I think I should be unbanned from the server because I've taken the time to reflect on my past actions and genuinely understand their impact on the community. I've recognized the importance of following the rules and fostering a positive environment for all players. I understand the value of the rules within the server and Id like to re engage within the server with other people. I hope to be given another chance to show that I can be a valuable member of the community.

By all means this should not be used as an excuse because I should know the consequences not playing with a stable internet connection.

From what I can see - you were shot, downed, then placed into the boot of a vehicle. Afterwards, you proclaimed you were "RDM'd" - then you left the server. Your internet did not drop out, we can see that you went through the deliberate steps to disconnect from the server.

Why do you think we have the rule of combat logging in place?

Like I say, I'm not quite sure on the exact situation as it was last year and I don't have any recording of how it happened.

The rule of combat logging is put into place so people don't break RP. However, there is another aspect which it can be looked at from, this is to make sure people (like myself it seems) do not avoid dying or facing certain penalties within the server. It is important to follow this rule so a fair tactics can be used for RP purposes.
