In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: FOR VULGUE USE OF WORDS AND THREATS TO CHOP SOMEONE UP AND PUT THEM IN A BOX IF THE TARGETTED ABUSED TOWARDS A SEXUAL ABUSE VICTIM DID NOT STOP WHICH i REALISE WAS ABSOLUTLEY WRONG AND WAS MENT AS NO MORE THAN AN OFF HAND COMMENT AND IDEAL THREAT VENTING NOT A DIRECT THREAT IN PERSON TO THE PERSON i WAS REFURING TO AS THEY WERE NOT THERE BUT STILL REALIZE THIS WAS 1000% NOT ACCEPTABLE

Why should we unban you ?: THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN i'M REALLY SORRY FOR MY ACTIONS WAS WRONGLY ANGRY AT A ON GOING SITUATION ABOUT A SEXUALLY INAPPROPRIATE REPROT THAT WAS FILED AND WAS TALKING AND VENTING ABOUT THE SITUATION TO THE VICTIM IN DISCORD WHICH HAD JUST BEEN DISCUSSED IN TEAMSPEAK BUT WAS STILL ESCALTING IN THE CITY VIA THE OTHER PERSON TOO WHICH i REALIZE EVERYTHING ABOUT HOW i HANDLED AND DEALT WITH THE SITUATION WAS WRONG. WILLING TO SPEAK TO WHOEVER NEEDED AT LENGTH FOR THEM TO SEE. LISTEN AND CONSIDER THAT THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN

Last night, in your previous appeal you were 'unsure' as to why the ban was placed. 
Less than two hours later, after that appeal had been denied, you are suddenly starting to remember the threats that you made. At least parts of it. 

We have rules in place regarding separating your personal life and your character's RP story, "G1.6 - You ARE NOT your character and they ARE NOT you" - and we have very good reasons as to why this rule is in place. In this case, it has resulted in your C1.4 ban.

You tried to use the argument of some one else using sensitive OOC information in-game, yet failed to separate the two yourself. 
Ultimately, what is said in RP is said in character - if this affects you OOC, then this is something you need to learn to filter and work on, alternatively liaise with the person in TeamSpeak, or speak to staff. If you are unable to do this, then I can only recommend that you remove yourself from situations that could put you in the same position as this. 
Furthermore, you used the argument regarding the nature of this OOC information, yet made threats of the same nature - any grounds for possible justification is as a result null and void.

You are arguing against specific actions of others, then act and speak of taking the same actions against them - I find it rather hypocritical, and fighting fire with fire rarely yields any positive results.



Now, you stating that this was you 'venting to a friend', an OOC conversation overheard by staff, removes any argument for these threats being made in character, and confirms they were said as actual threats - as of such, I will not be unbanning you, nor will I consider your appeal for considerable time, as we do NOT tolerate any form of OOC threats being made by or to other members of this community.
