In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I think I was banned because my game crashed and was mistaken for me leaving.

Why should we unban you ?: I think I should be unbanned because I was being arrested by the police and when they put me in cuffs my FiveM crashed and I got a crash report.

oh wait I think my ban was for another situation which involved me and a friend I was with riding away from the hospital and I decided to combat log because we were getting chased for no reason and were about to get RDM'ed and my friend was the driver of the car so I decided to leave instead of getting cheated against. I have only been in the server for a few days and I really want to continue playing because it is a great server overall. If you decide to unban me then I promise I will not do it again.

 
Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. An few examples could be logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police and logging, arrested by the police, while dead waiting for a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. The punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you've made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay.

I was outside the hospital and I was a passenger in somebodies car and we started getting chased and VDM'ed by two other cars which caused the car to be destroyed. I thought that to prevent me dying due to them cheating that I would leave the server and I do know that is against the rules to combat log like that but in the moment I felt really cheated by them.

 
You are leaving out the part in the situation when you or the person you was with was hitting people and their cars with a bat at the hospital given them very good reason to chase you down. Not that it makes a difference at all. Even if it was a rule break by other people chasing you why does that give you the right to break a rule yourself?

I broke the rule as I panicked and felt like I should have gotten pulled over not killed. I couldn't even RDM people anyway as I was the passenger so that point is a little invalid.

Overall, it was an accident and I apologize for it honestly and I regret it.

 
As you continue to show you do not read rules this will be locked for a further 3 days for bumping. 

 
You lied initially, then when asked for a dump file you change the story to another time where you combat logged. Then you bump and get a warning thinking that is shouldnt be a perm. Then go and bump again for the same reason. Shows you just do not care for any process and how we do things here.

You will not be unbanned.
