In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: the reason why it think i was banned was because i was fail rping and not listening to the rules i was also exploiting in front of people i 100% deserved to be banned i was new to the whole rp scene and this was my first server in fivem that i played

Why should we unban you ?: i should be unbanned because it has been almost 1 year since i have been banned in that time frame i have been to multiple serious rp servers enhancing my knowledge and learning all the new rules and how to rp to the fullest another reason is that i really liked this server and as it is my first server that i played on i really want to come back ang get that nostalgia feeling on being in this server

Indeed it has been nearly a year since the ban was first placed. So lets jump right into this, You've been banned for three different rules can you quote all the rules you've broken that got you here and explain in your own words why you believe we have such rules in place. 

After that this should give you a better idea why you was banned since you did mention this in your last appeal but missed it out here.

Random Vehicle Death Match (RVDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (Running players over, causing explosions, ramming player vehicles) without a valid roleplay reason is considered RVDM. this rule is in place because so then other players do not other players with there vehicle for no reason and so then there wont be people just hitting each other for no reason

this was the only one i could find they have all changed sorry

 
The other rules you we're banned for fall under community rules, Have a look at them and you can quote and explain why the rules are in place. 

 
Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense. Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP, talking/playing music in the character selection screen. this is here to prevent people ruining rp for other people and to maximise the roleplay tot he fullest potential without people ruining it

Exploiting - Using or attempting to use any exploits in any of our community game servers such as but not limited to duplication of items or money, transferring/processing items through walls and windows or bypassing intended animations. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not get abused in the future. this is in the server so then no one can cheat the system and have an upper hand against someone else and to keep the rp as serious as possible

 
So with the rules in mind, Why did you decided to run multiple people over with a vehicle without prior roleplay?

In relation to exploiting, Why did you do this? What was the goal ?

 
no i will not run anyone over and when i exploited it was an accident as i was new to fivem and it said press e to sit chair i pressed it and i was behind the pd desk i did not mean to do this then when i got off the desk i was flying there was no goal

 
Whilst we can all agree we've all made a mistake, Doing the same thing several times is more than a mistake is it not?

the reason why is i was stupid i was new to roleplay and i thought i was funny now as i have been rping for a year i know the rules and hw to rp properly

 
So with that in mind how can we be sure you won't simply do the same thing again?

You mentioned you've played elsewhere during the time of your ban and gained more knowledge, Provide me an example of what you've picked up since being gone and how it would relate here.

Interesting video to say the least, Now looking over the ban and information about it I do have another question. You did elude to possibly attempting to evade your punishment by asking what would happen if you did x. What was all that about?

 
Whilst you do seem to have knowledge of what you did wrong in this situation looking over the appeal it does appear this is a struggle to get to the core issue of this with the sheer lack of effort on your part, Most responses are less than a sentence long apart form one that includes the link. Whilst reading over the lack of information you have provided it's difficult to assess if you would be an asset here in the community. 

So it's based on this that I'll be going ahead and denying the appeal. Take some time to think over what's been said and once done you are welcome to make a new appeal.
