Reason given for your ban: G1.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for not providing high-quality roleplay before attacking another player. The reason for attacking the person was that two men dressed in hospital gowns were attacking my close friend, and she was outnumbered and being overpowered, so I decided to step in and help, and I asked her "who are these two" they were still attacking her over and over, so I decided to discharge my weapon on one of the attackers and incapacitate him, and then the other incapacitated my friend.

Why should we unban you ?: I could have improved this by immobilising or attempting to de-escalate the situation without using force. I could have avoided this situation entirely by not getting involved in the first place. I could also of given them more commands to stop and tried to talk them out of it.
Even though they were being violent, I didn't have to respond which the same energy.

Looking back on the situation, there is a lot I could have done better and hope to do in the future.
This is one of many great RP situations in which I've participated and would like to continue.
As always, I've viewed this as a teachable moment.

Hello @AdamMono if you where to be placed in this situation again, and did things different, how would it go? use your imagination!
Once you've done that please explain where you think the rule was broken in the original scenario, taking the other people's (not your friend's) perspective into account.

Instead of reacting quickly, I would have gained a better understanding of what was going on through roleplaying. I would have attempted to communicate with everyone involved more. If communication fails, I would attempt to jump between the people to break up the fight and calm the situation down. I was left with multiple options, including calling security to help with the situation.

The Rule was broken in the original scenario when I walked into the hospital and shot someone after only saying a few words; this wasn't quality Roleplay. As the RDM rule states, "attacking another player without engaging in any form of high quality roleplay," which I regrettably did in this situation.

What steps are you taking to ensure this wont be happening again? Im going to assume you’ve re-familiarised yourself with the rules so lets focus on you, as a player. And don’t think we’ve forgotten your previous bans, two bans in one month is not a good look for someone who stated in their last appeal:

“many people resort to violence fairly quickly.”

I've been using this time to talk about the situation with other Roleplayers and figure out where I went wrong.
As you mentioned, I resorted to violence far too quickly in this scenario.
I've not only gathered feedback on what I would do if faced with these scenes again, but I've also watched a lot of gaming Roleplay videos and streams to improve my play.

I'm now focused on meaningfully developing my character rather than getting involved in unnecessary shenanigans that landed me in this situation.
I understand that you have to put yourself in the shoes of other players to see how Roleplay actions affect them because, at the end of the day, we're all here to have fun. I can assure you that before engaging in any violence, I will provide quality Roleplay. This is something I take seriously and intend to demonstrate while using the server.

I've given your appeal some thought and although you seem to understand where you've gone wrong here I'm still not confident that you're going to do things differently this time.
This is based on what your response was in your last unban appeal and how long you managed to stay unbanned before landing here again.

So, I thought we could try something we used to do back in the arma days, a bit of community service!
Essentially what I'm going to ask of you is that you make an application to join the NHS, should you be accepted, I will then expects you to play as your NHS character for at least a month before you consider playing as your crim or police character. 

The alternative is a one-month cooldown before you can apply for an unban again.
