In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I believe that I was banned because I put items from Jake Osborne into the glove box of the car and drove to Adam Osborne's house where I then swapped characters and then went into the glove box and took some money, food and a radio.

Why should we unban you ?:  I am writing to appeal the ban because I feel like I am now ready to rejoin the Roleplaying community, and that from my last time I got banned and then upbanned that I didn't appreciate the server and the amount of effort that everyone on here goes to make the server what it is. And that I believe in the last 7 months I've matured more and grown to respect the roleplaying community as a whole. If I fortunate enough to be unbanned again my plan will be to not create 2 characters and just use the one so that I will not be tempted to break the same rules as I have done in the pass. I've also acknowledge that I've also broke the G.3.5 since I used another character with intent to transfer items/money across to Adam Osborne.

Hello thank you for responding, that last report that I filled out is incorrect and this is the current one. When I wrote that last ban appeal I didn't appreciate the server and thought that I could get away with it. Whilst now I've come to appreciate the server as I've been around a few now and none of them really feel like this one.

So what changed for you to appreciate the server? As you've been banned since July 2023. Why would you believe lying would get you anywhere? We don't just ban people for no reason so we would already know why you we're banned upon checking our side.

Hello sorry for the late response just got in from work but thank you for replying. For starters since I was banned I've been reminiscing about the server and the amount of fun I had on there and the friends I made along the way, I wasn't thinking about my actions or the affect it could have had on other people. At the time I thought that by lying I could quickly get back into the server and carry on like nothing happened. Which now looking at it is dumb and naive of me. I apologise for lying to the moderation team and for wasting your times with the last ban appeal.

No problem, Also my responses will be delayed also due to working late the next few days. I don't know why lying would seem like the better option? We base a lot of things on trust not only here but IRL too. It's always good to be forth coming overall and will only help situations (Nice little life lesson there). 

So what was the full reason you decided to transfer items between characters and how can we be sure this won't happen again?

Furthermore, Can you please quote both rules and explain in your own words what you believe both mean please.

Hello thank you for taking the time to respond. I honestly don't know why I lied either that was completely  out of the normal for me and I know that I've lost the trust of the moderation team and I hope that I can have the chance to prove that I've changed and not like that anymore.

The reason behind me transferring the items to my main character "Adam Osborne." Was because I was deleting the "Billy Osborne" character and staying on the Adam Osborne one and also because I was dumb enough to think that because it wasn't a lot of stuff that it wouldn't be that big of a deal which is stupid, since transferring 1 bag of coke is breaking the rules so I don't know why I thought that I could get away with it.

G2.9 Transferring money and or items is not allowed between two different characters under any circumstances. This rule is to balance the server and without it would be dangerous to the server because it would impact the economy of the server and make doing things meaningless if you can just transfer items/money to another character. Also the rule is there to encourage people to work and do different lines of work with each character for example one you could be a criminal and get your money by doing drugs and then the other you could be a Police Officer. 



C2.2 Exploiting, using or attempting to use any exploits in order to boost your progress and things like duplicating or even by putting money/items through walls or out of lockers. This rule is in place to stop anyone from gaining an unfair advantage over the rest of the people by say duplicating their money and gaining millions. In my case I put items from one character into the glove box of a car then leave and go onto my main character to get said items, this would be exploiting the character creation menu since that's not what it was made for and that by doing said action I was exploiting the creation menu. 


G.3.5 Two characters made by the same person can't meet or know the existence of each other in any compacity within the city. They can't communicate with each other through texts or by using another person as the "middleman" This rule is in place to enforce the G2.9 rule because you could give items to a middleman and then that guy gives them to your other character.

Nope no need to make a new appeal, Since the appeals we're merged here for us too!

It wasn't a bag of coke overall now was it? Now you have been banned for quiet some time (Since July 2023) but when I checked your record there is a pattern.

So you have had two bans in total. This one and one prior in March 2023, Now this previous ban was for the same exact thing! Do you remember when you had a police officer character (That's the other ban). So it's clear you didn't learn and broke the same rule twice. How can we trust you won't simply push the boundaries again and do the same thing for a third time?

Oh ok, thank you for getting back to me, I remember the first one very clearly it was under different circumstances since I honestly thought that it would ok since Adam (Police Officer) was on the good side of the law and wasn't allowed to do any drugs or anything like that and I had my other character I think it was Jake that was the criminal the house that I shared under Adam was in threat since the other two owners also got deported for combat logging and I thought that it would have been ok to transfer the items to Jake, I know now that isn't allowed and the same goes for the second time.

But if I am allowed to re-enter the city for a third time I'd assure you that I'd commit to adhering to the rules and guidelines. But in all honesty you can't, since I can't predict what might happen in the future however I've been banned twice now for as you said the exact same thing it would be dumb and pointless in going through this ban appeal process again to just get allowed back into the city to commit the same reason to what got me banned two times in a row.
It'd also be a waste of mine and everyone else's time since if I were to commit any bannable offense I'd be perm banned and back in square one all over again.

Now going over the prior unban appeal you made last time, You seemed to understand the rule in question that you broke yet again. Doesn't fill me with confidence as a whole, Since you are willing to keep breaking the same rules multiple times.

How can you assure us of this when you keep breaking the same rule? Whilst yes there is a gap between the two times banned it still leads to the prior question.

I honestly don't know how to respond to this that's why I haven't responded up to now because I feel as I've already explained how I'm not going to break the same rules or any other rules for that matter plus also stating why I think I should be given one last chance.

As much as your honesty and detail in these replies is appreciated, saying that you "want to assure us but can't" isn't filling me with the best of confidence that you won't break this rule for a 3rd time.
I do not believe that at this moment in time you are the good fit for the server and its rules.
