Unban Appeal for abc

Reason given for your ban: C2.2 Exploiting
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: Well, I got downed after the series of crashes last night. Not entirely sure why I was downed but it happened. I basically got banned for relogging to restart the timer whilst waiting for staff to come give me a res.
Why should we unban you ?: Not sure where to start.
I didn't actually know that this constitutes as exploiting or anything really mainly as I died to those crashes that happened last night, I was near the casino when/where I was initially downed with a fair bit of stuff on me. I went ahead and opened a ticket. I relogged a few times to see what just happened as I kept crashing each time I was in till the last time where I figured I'm not gonna get a res so I went to sleep after submitting a ticket.
Got responded to early today and they asked for my new ID when I come back.
From this I figured it'll be ok to relog and keep providing my new ID as I did in the ticket as I figured they were busy and would come get me eventually. I was there for about 2 hours or so until Nuclear came to me and asked how long I'd been dead. He checked and saw I relogged a few times early at 4pm when I downed which was when it kept crashing until I eventually went to sleep. Then saw me relog a few times starting from 4pm up until I got banned.
I also wasn't aware that mods held logs of what everyone had as IIRC from one of my other discord tickets a mod said I'd need sufficient evidence for a comp request and my bodycam has never been able to work no matter the amount of fixes I tried.
Generally, I've never been rude to any people in the server, not broken any other rules (Except for accidentally getting done for idling for 24 hours lol), never really done anything that would warrant a ban other than what just happened here. I've invest a huge amount of time into the server, waited a good month to finally be able to catch the imports after I finally had some free time in my head. Couple mates of mine in game even reserved two cars for me and I end up getting banned due to this lol really feelsbad especially with the timing. I'm definitely frustrated. I wasn't aware that this would constitute exploiting especially as I assumed that it would be ok to relog from the discord ticket messages; that was just my wishful thinking.
Did the best I could to make sure I don't get done for idling or anything else so close to the import drops that of all things I get done for dying last night. It just feels like a huge gut punch after spending so long in the city, meeting so many people, grinding so hard and enjoying myself as much as I did to get banned right when I did of all times.
Tried to be as honest as possible, if I've missed anything then I'm sorry, been a long few days. It was good fun getting on here to unwind especially after finally getting time to get back on the server after having to leave it for a good two months due to work irl. Grinded hard for the imports, even got my dream car reserved I think and then got done like this lol I feel dirty. Not really sure what else to say.
I know its a lot to read but I just didn't know where to stop writing, still upset of course lol feels like I flushed 400 hours of my life down the drain. I have also just seen my profile picture on the forums after this post lol, pretty much how I feel haha gave me a good laugh, guess I foresaw something bad happening
Also apologies if I was rude in the ticket, was just a bit heated after waiting that long to get banned like that, didn't mean anything bad by what I was saying. Hard to properly convey yourself by text as opposed to actual chat. I tried to be understanding whilst getting permed as well lol it was not easy on my mental, was not expecting it at all haha
